Recent PE Issues

So, as you already know from the thread title, I have been having some issues with PE as of late. Throughout my life, I have always had a little bit of PE, but nothing quite to the extent its at now. My first real sexual relationship was when I was 17. I had some PE during the year long stint in that relationship, but it was only really when I didn't wear a condom. Without a condom I would seriously stick it in and have to cum within like 10 seconds. But even with a condom I wasn't too great. I usually lasted long by cumming ever so slightly in the beginning of sex an then continuing from there. Fast forwarding from there, I have had a few more sexual relationships. My performance was mostly the same in those too, cum really fast without a condom, and with a condom I was fine.
In the past 6 months or so though, my performance has dropped significantly. Every time I have sex now its an issue for me to last more than a minute. Even worse than that, I used to be able to be able to do 2-3 sessions in a row, so even if I came fast I could go again. Now, I go once and if I try and have sex again within a 10-15 minute period I just go soft. On top of that, even if I am able to go again soon after cumming, I still last only a couple minutes. Needless to say its quite frustrating.
I feel pretty lost right now, and frustrated. I've been doing research on here the past couple months, just never posted until now because I haven't seemed to be helping myself. Let me just list some things i have noticed about myself though:
Whenever I jerk off no matter how hard I try, i have an uncontrollable kegel happening. I really notice it when i touch the area on the back of my shaft right below the head, but i think the constant kegel is something that is damaging my stamina.
I try doing reverse kegels to stop the kegel but i don't think my reverse kegel is strong enough. The regular kegel over powers it no matter what, and flexing the reverse kegel usually makes me want to cum faster.
I think my mental state is another big factor. The past 6 months I've had alot of anxiety so I'm sure that factors into me finishing faster. Also lasting long is pretty much the only thing I can think about during sex, no matter how hard I try, which I know from reading here makes you cum faster. I've gotten so stressed out about it that I even feel pressure to last long while jerking off, which never happened to me before.
That's pretty much all i can think about right now to post. I would really appreciate your guys thoughts on what could potentially help me. I'm at the point where i don't even wanna have sex anymore because I know I'll finish too fast which is depressing. Sorry if this post was all over the place but i kinda just needed to get my thoughts out hah

So your research should have indicated a reverse kegel heavy k/rk routine out of sex is indicated.

I really appreciate the feedback. I have a question though. What kind of routine do you think I should use, e.g. the amount of reps, sets and how long to hold them?
