I think I am having trouble finding the PC muscle. I know you use it to stop urinating but whenever I try to flex it I feel like I am just clenching my anus. Can someone clear this up for me?

Kegel will clench your anus and feel like you are pulling penis in.

I still can't quite figure it out.. I don't feel like I am pulling my penis in, I just feel like I am clenching my anus and nothing else...

Get an erection and make it bounce up and down. That's the contraction. You don't have to be erect to use the PC muscle, but this trick will help you learn how it feels when you're starting out. Plus, it's fun.

There are 2 parts to the kegel but most guys asn't split them without specific training. In some cases however, one part has got stronger than the other and is more eaisly activated.
As posted by charger making your dick move up and down may help, just don't overdo it with erect kegels.
