Trying to figure out what kind of pre-e I have and I do have a question.
Like, I would reverse kegel when I am trying to pee so it will come out faster but when I am almost done, no matter how hard I reverse kegel, there will be some remaining pee that will not come out unless I do standard kegel a couple of times. Does anyone with/without pre-e experience this?
I wonder is it because of this habit, I tend to have a tense pelvic floor and kegel unwilling even during daily task which might be the main cause of my pre-e.
I read quite a number of posts here and really think that this forum really provided a log of techniques. I am trying to figure out what is needed for me and what I should avoid. I tried standard kegel routines for about 6 months and it sort of worsen my situation thus I decided to abandon standard kegel and go for reverse kegel.

This is all normal.
My standard advice is 50% to 70% rk though some go to 100% rk and cut back the % as the situation improves.
