    Hi guys, I'm new and I've recently had a lot of trouble with lasting in bed.

    Last year I was fine when having sex and I could last quite some time no problem but over the last couple of months I've suddenly had a hard time (no pun intended) lasting up to 10 sometimes 5 minutes (If I take things very slow). I'm not sure if this is normal for someone my age but it's been around 6 months now and I'm showing no improvement and I'm starting to look into working my kegals and building up my stamina.

    I don't know whats changed since it started. I used to work out a lot and stopped over a year ago, maybe that could be it? Or to be honest I've been smoking a lot of marijuana for quite some time now and I feel maybe that could be effecting it?

    Exercising has little to no effect. Pot should actually make u last longer according to some stoners.
    I need you to tell me more about your sex life. We u more active back then? R u single now? U watching more porn and masturbating quickly and often now? Are u using lube? How often u have sex. R u doing regular or reverse kegals lately or during this problem?Answer all of my questions and I will help u.

    I was a lot more active back then. I'm single now. I'm watching a lot more porn now but I used to read erotic stories, etc. I'm masturbate faster now. No lube. I have sex maybe once a month now maybe, I try to avoid it sometimes because of the issue. I've just been doing the very basic kegals and I've just started not long ago.

    I think whatever you "use" to keep an erection, whether it is porn or pot, will
    eventually stop working.

    Jelqing/kegeling and edging will keep your woodies solid and long-lasting.

    The natural way is always the best way to go.

    My dick was flagging when I started to practice p.e. That is why I started
    it in the first place.

    Within a month, my woodies were awesome--pointing to 11:00. I could
    (and can) kegel them from ten to eleven o'clock.

    YUP! JUST AS I THOUGHT. EXACTLY LIKE ME. THIS PROVES MY THEORIES AND CLAIMS.

    Read ALL of this CAREFULLY:

    Please be aware that you might get different results and that you may not be able to perform many of these things because of many factors. THIS IS ONLY MY EXPERIENCE. Thank you for reading and good luck.

    Here is my updated secrets to success suggestion paragraph:

    I suggest edging WITH lube WITHOUT watching porn and switching to light ballooning at PONR to continue stimulation so that you dont get used to the start and stop method than women hate during sex. A fleshlight is great too. Only ejaculate every 3-7 days. Spasms, ejaculation and sensitivity can be controlled with regular and reverse kegels if they are also practiced ALONE outside of sex as a separate exercise first. Some people have to do way more reverse kegels than regular kegels to cure themselves. I suggest stopping regular kegels for a while. I personally hold a light REVERSE kegel the whole time during sex to stay relaxed and in control. I do a strong/hard rev kegel at the PONR to stop ejaculation/spasms. You have to stop thrusting and even sometimes exit vagina when doing the strong reverse kegel to stop ejaculation. Doing strong/hard rev and reg kegels while thrusting can cause ejaculation. Spasms and sensitivity can go away completely and you can last a long time during masturbation and sex and thrust deep and hard non-stop like a porn star if you have sex or masturbate 3 times in a row with only a 3-6 minute break between rounds, but you have to not drink alcohol, have a willing sex partner and have a high sex drive/good erections. NEVER masturbate to porn. I got prem ejac by masturbating to porn without lube, while doing regular kegels the whole time, for a whole year without a gf. As soon as I started having sex again I ejaculated in 1 minute.
    I can now last from atleast 30 min to sometimes over 1 hour. Another good tip is watching porn without touching yourself, having slow controlled sex and having sex in the most arousing positions to get used to them. That will make all other positions feel like a piece of cake. More sex and less porn = less prem ejac. Always try to have sex as often as possible and 2-3 times per encounter. I also believe ultimately, masturbation should be kept to a minimum or almost none at all, especially when in a good sexual relationship. More and more real sex 2-3 times per session and as many days as possible=less sperm in the system. Less sperm in the system=last longer. The more you last longer=the more it trains your body and mind to continue to last long. Obviously if you have a good steady sexual partner you will last longer.
    So....Train your body and mind the right way!!! Hopefully it's through sex and not masturbation. There is nothing like the real thing to practice with. If you don't have a sex partner, edge with lube but without porn and do it 2-3 times in a row. Take your time. Don't rush it. Once you start progressing and healing yourself, your anxiety level will start to go away and you will be way on your way to a happier new you.
