a little urine when i reverse kegel..

ive had some success at edging with a kegel/R kegel pattern that i sync with my breathing. im able to go pretty hard even with porn but i noticed that sometimes when i reverse K a little urine comes out..O: this is an issue because it cant be healthy if i urinate a little in my woman. has any one had a similar experience or can offer any advice?

I have also done this before. Im not expert but I believe it is a good sign atleast. When youre taught to reverse kegel, initially it is said to practice "forcing out urine" when you pee. So obviously you are or are on your way to isolating these muscle groups.

Better than that, make sure your bladder is empty before doing reverse kegels (and hopely your bowels are emptied out too).
