    I have been edging for nearly two weeks without ejaculation. I'm doing this as training to increase my stamina and try to enjoy the sensation when one approaches orgasm without being tempted to come. One good thing I have noticed is quicker and stronger erections.

    Hopefully one day I'll become MMO as well.

    It's healthy to ejaculate 2-4 times a week, 2 weeks isn't so great for you.

    Testosterone drops after a week without ejaculation, not great for the prostate either

    You should continue to edge but ejaculate every 3-4 days

    Well I was hoping to get a wet dream, but it hasn't happened yet.

    Also, after ejaculation I feel less energetic and as a result feel I'm getting less out of penis exercises.

    Do you know if it's a bad idea to ejaculate the night before an exam? I heard that football coaches prohibit their players from having sex the night before a game.

    Ejaculation releases endorphins that reduce stress, so it is probably good before an exam

    Also, the football thing is probably related to the post-ejaculatory increase in prolactin and subsequent inhibition of dopamine

    would ejaculating of the same day as a workout, but say 4-8 hours before your work out hinder your gains?
