    Can someone PLEASE answer me?

I'm trying to do kegels (not reverse kegels), but i think i doing it wrong and I'm worried that maybe harm myself. When I'm doing kegels I feel a slight pain in the perineum and do not go up and in, but rather comes out slightly ,like a wave begining from the scrotum and going to the anus

sorry for my english it's not good but i need to know
I read a lot about kegels and reverse kegels and even anatomy of the pelvis ,nevertheless I can not understand:

    1. Is there ANY chance to do reverse kegels instead of kegels(normal, common)?

I've never been practicing kegels and know only what I have read. That is why I post here, where I noticed that, people know alot about both K and RK and have the ability to clearly distinguish K from RK.
    I mean that
    quote:
Five Kegel Mistakes You Could Be Making
Kegel Mistake #2: The wrong movement with the right muscles
Some women push the pelvic floor out and down, instead of pulling it up and forward. This is not only incorrect,
it's dangerous. Making a habit of this incorrect movement can damage the pelvic floor and cause incontinence and
    prolapse, or make them worse.

2.Is there ANY chance to do both K and RK simultaneously (in the same time)?

    I will try to explain:
    - when you're in the gym and lift weights and if you doing it wrong, you will do the following:
    1.inhale a deep breath
    2 Contract(string) the PC muscles
3 keep your breath, without exhale and push(lift) weight as hard as you can
1,2 and 3 simultaneously (in the same time), this is valsalva maneuver, something like RK(there is a difference but the basic idea is the same)
    - or something like that.
This is part of post which I copied to my computer, but now I can't find the original post.
    quote :
When you're doing a HARD reverse kegel during sex and it makes you swell as if you were doing a front kegel then
it leads me to believe that you're probably doing them wrong in the first place, possibly that you're straining
so hard to do a reverse kegel that what you're doing is pushing down so hard on the PC muscle that you're causing
the BC muscle to tighten pumping blood into your penis and trapping it there making it more sensitive.

maybe I do this instead kegel and can't realize the difference between K and RK (not distinguish between different), is it possible?
When I'm doing kegels ,my anus going up and in, rear part of my perineum(near the anus) going up and in,front part of the premium(near to the scrotum) going slightly OUT and DOWN, penis going in(inside the body). I do not clench my buttock, thighs, abdomen(I'm not 100% sure, but when I put my hand on abdomen, I can not feel any unusual movement or tightness),breathe and speak almost as well do it usually(as i do normally).
I do not feel this slight pain all the time, but in the end, when I try to squeeze as hard as I can.
all this is correct or not and if it is: WHAT THE HELL IS THIS PAIN?

-can you tell me some way to do 100% real, safe, sure kegel without any doubt.
-or something(position of the body, breathing, motion)impossible for RK, i.e. impossible to do while doing RK

I apologize for my english it's worst, I can not speak, but understand everything.I hope you understand what I mean and I'd be VERY grateful
if someone answered me or give me the appropriate information or link to read.

OK first you can not do a kegel and a reverse kegel at the same time. There opposing movements.

When you do a kegel you contract the muscles of your pelvic floor ( pulling them in and lifting them up)
There are 2 types of kegel that target different parts of your pelvic floor ( front and back) you can also do them as a group (both together)

A front kegel is the one that you use if you were going to stop peeing mid flow or if you are erect it makes your dick bounce up and down.

A back kegel is the one where you contract (lift up) the area around your perineum near your asshole. As if you were trying to hold in a fart.

Reverse kegels target the same area as kegels but instead of contracting the muscles you're stretching them out in order to relax them and create flexibility in the muscle.
So when doing reverse kegels you should be pushing out and down depending on which one you're doing. Front (out) Back (down)

Both exercise are needed for a balanced and healthy pelvic floor.
Kegels should not be done every day. Your muscles need rest to recover.
If you're feeling pain it could be for a number of reasons. You could be over training or contracting too hard or longer that you're conditioned to do so.
Remember that over training a muscle can weaken it.

You just told someone who is having trouble doing reverse kegels to use their diaphragm to assist the stretch. That is recommended to help reverse kegels in other websites on the net too. You gonna say that the diaphragm is not a muscle? Come on, man. Please tell me when you find a way to stretch a muscle without a muscle. Reverse kegels take time because assisting/surrounding muscles have to developed. People complain and are confused at first because of their weak muscles, not because they aren't doing them right or pinpointing it correctly like you claim. I didn't get really good at them till I started pushing hard and flexing everything(long holds and short bursts). I'm done here man... I'm over this. Take care.

When did I say that you can stretch muscles without the use of other muscles? or that the diaphragm isn't a muscle? Oh that's right I didn't you're just making shit up to deflect from the fact that you can't defend you're own arguments. Get a grip.

It's funny that that you feel justified telling me and everyone else that I'm wrong about reverse kegels and yet you wont start a thread of your own describing what reverse kegels are and how to do them.
You won't even answer the few simple questions I asked you. What's all that about? I thought you said the reason you kept on posting here was to provide a different point of view? Well I'm asking for it now so why won't you answer my questions?

You're done here? To bad I was starting to enjoy this argument!

    Take care mate.

Can RK's be exercised everyday, or do they require rest days often like kegel routines?? I've been edging with the stamina training unit of fleshlight, and find it impossible right now to fight off a strong involuntary kegel almost every stroke, so have been doing RK only routine right now.

Just began doing the rk routine from drummer, for me it's hard to do mainly the 60 sec holds bc I can only do them while holding my breath and I'm also flexing most of my abs , am I doing it wrong?

Actually 60 sec is a very long hold for a beginer, I suggest you work up to that length hold,
