I'm still trying to get used to what the actual RK sensation is.
People say its like pushing out a fart, but when I do that and hold it, it's hard to do proper deep breathing and I may be using my abs too much. Does that mean I'm pushing too hard and I don't need to put that much "power" into it? Thanks.

Hey I've read these threads and other regarding Reverse Kegels.
you guys' posts are really helpful.
I have a question though.
Is it possible to hold Reverse Kegel like Kegels?
because I found it impossible to do reverse kegels using only the bc and pc muscle.
I need help from abs to push out the bc and pc muscle.
So I've been practicing deep breathing with Reverse Kegel, but that makes hold impossible.
The Main Post of this Thread says Reverse Kegel Hold, so I was wondering how others were doing.

Yes, with time and practice as you condition yourself you'll be able to hold reverse kegels while continuing to breath.
