Thread: Confusion with Reverse Kegels
- 11-06-2012 #181
Another tip on reverse kegels, is that you may feel slightly light-headed when engaging it properly. This is due to the reduction in BP to the head r/t to the increase in volume in the abdomen.
In the forward progress of society and feminism, masculinity (in my opinion) has failed to adapt. This has resulted in the figurative emasculation of many men. PE is not just about gaining size, it is also about gaining confidence, but most importantly embracing and learning healthy masculinity.

Ahh, I thought I was doing a front one. I think I want to do a front one, you say they're usually the ones out of whack. I've been doing jp90 a bit and in that it involved kegels but no reverse, so I want to correct this imbalance.
So, I understand everything except point 3.
"Focus on pushing out the muscle at the base of your penis (where your penis meets your body) while keeping the rest of the pelvic area as relaxed as possible. It can help to visualize the muscle expand like a balloon. This can cause your penis fill with blood giving you a flushed flaccid."
"The muscle at the base of your penis", is this under / near your balls? Or do you mean above (as if you were looking down).. Just so I understand this better, Is it A, B, C, or D on this diagram? delete insta.jpg

D. It's the muscle (BC muscle) that wraps around the inner part of the penis (the bulb).
It's the same action as when you take a piss.
If you think your pelvic floor is out off balance you should read up on this for a better understanding. https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...r-balance.html

Hi, two questions I have only been doing normal kegels and I feel tension around my groin area(focused too much on normal kegels?) and think this would help balance it, is this correct? and what I currently do is : force the pee out kegel(front reverse kegel?) and stop pee midstream kegel(unsure of correct term) I do 50/50 % of each. Should i add back reverse kegel and focus mainly on reverse kegels for a while to balance things out? if not please tell me.
Thanks

Stoping pee is a way of finding the muscle but not recomended long term.
James this is normal and should improve with practise.

For those of you who seem to have the RK figured out well, do you feel like you could easily last as long as you want no matter how intense the feeling is?
