Basically you start of in a natural relaxed state (we'll call it neutral)
So from neutral you do a front reverse kegel (then you hold it for however long you decide, 3sec, 5sec, 10 sec or longer if you like and you're able)
Then when you've finished that hold you relax back to neutral for basically the same amount of time as you did the front kegel.
Then from neutral you do a back reverse kegel this time and hold for the same amount of time before going back to neutral.
Then it's just rinse and repeat.

Basically you start relaxed then > front reverse kegel > relax > back reverse kegel > relax > front reverse kegel > relax > back reverse kegel, and so on and so on.

i have a few questions,
1. I can hold strong front kegels and for good duration but when i do some part of my PC muscle also moves? Is it okay?
2. Whenever i try to isolate my PC muscle by doing back kegel, first my bc musles moves and than i tap the pc muscle. Meaning i have to do a front kegel first in order to achieve the back kegel? what am i doing wrong? I can perfectly distinguish the two muscles by their movement.
3. When i am doing front kegel, although it is strong enough but if i do back kegel with it simultaneously, my grip becomes stronger on front kegel! can i use the energy of both muscles to perform DO?, since using my PC musle while contracting my BC gives me better strength.
4. I cant seem to stretch my bc muscle while doing a front reverse kegel. There is no movement. I can only imagine the balloon feeling and it makes me feel that it is moving. In real there is no movement. I have put my finger there while doing front reverse kegel but couldnt find anything moving. While in the case of front, back kegel and reverse back kegel, i can feel the muscle moving. I tried to discern the movement of Bc musle while urinating, but i didnt find any movement. How do i know for sure i am stretching the BC musle.
5. like in doing back kegel, first my bc muscle tigthtens and then my PC, same is the case with back reverse kegel. Although as i mentioned in Q4 i cant dicern the movement of my bc muscle while doing front reverse kegel. so i am only assuming it moves first before pc musle moves. is this normal?
Thats it for now

1. Isolation comes with time and practice, there is generally no problem that the part of your PC muscle moves. As you practice more and more your body will get better at isolating.
2. It takes time and practice, don't force this, just practice with the intention of doing front or back reverse kegel and it will come in time.
3. The techique of using a root lock (back kegel) to assist the front kegel is a good idea in the beginning, how ever with sufficient strenght of the kegel you really should not have much need to do that.
4. Do a slight kegel before doing a reverse kegel, you should feel the movement, again in time it will be easier.
5. Those muscles all the part of plevic floor muscle group, and usually they should work together seameslly so it is compleletelly natural. Isolation will come with time and practice.

The reason you feel more of a stretch on the back of the pelvic floor is because their the bigger muscles so you get more movement out of them.
The BC is small compared to the PC and it wraps around the bulb of the penis so you won't feel it like the stretch you get from the back. If you stand up and take the middle and index fingers from both hands and place them in at the base of the penis and then do a front kegel you'll feel the BC contract and then if you do a front reverse kegel you should feel the muscle go loose, if you feel that then you're doing a front kegel.

i have found my Bc muscle and can isolate it
This is how i found it
It is told that when you pee u use your bc muscle. I laid down on my back, i knew i had lill urine in my bladder. So i tried to pee while laying down. Not like actual pee, i stopped it as soon as i knew it would come out and tried to hold it. I repeated this procedure a couple of times until i got accustomed to the feeling and the pressure i need to apply to bring out pee so i can apply it when there is no pee. For people having difficulty i would suggest experimenting with a lill pee inside. Dont push too hard. This is my personal observation. If you think it makes sense for u i can provide in a lill more detail on this.
Also many beginners have difficulty finding any movement in Bc muscle when they are performing front reverse kegel. I am also a beginner i was unable to isolate the bc muscle. Couldnt feel anything happening there. I read Here in this post about pelvic stretching exercise. Take a look at that list of exercise and do a reverse kegel while performing each exercise. You will definitely notice the movement of ur Bc muscle while performing any one of the exercise. u just have to find the pelvic stretch exercise in which u feel ur bc muscle moving. U can perform front reverse kegel while pulling that pelvic stretch exercise and know for sure that ur doing the front reverse kegel workout. Also doing reverse kegels in combination with these pelvic stretching exercise is extra beneficial as mentioned in this forum
Hope this clarifies things a bit.
Also i am not plagiarizing anything. If this information is already available , full credit goes to that person for this.
This is my personal observation

Yeah i actually had the same realization, that the front RK was easier to "notice" when i had to pee.
I had sex recently with a pretty full bladder, and i actually last longer than normal and i think this may be the reason why, it was easier to engage that RK
