When I try I to do a front reverse kegel, It feels like the area above my penis is expanding. It does feel like I'm pushing out and down like you said in your first post, but I don't feel anything around the base of my penis. Am I doing the front reverse kegel correctly?

I have another question also. I plan to start a kegel routine tomorrow. I know I have an unbalanced pelvic floor. I currently only do regular kegels while jelqing. Should I stop doing this until my pelvic floor becomes more balanced?

You're welcome.
If you're doing a reverse kegel only routine then I don't see a problem if you're just doing some kegels while you're jelqing.
There's different schools of thought on this depending on who you ask. For me I always recommend now for guys with Pre e and who have pelvic tension to take care of the tension first before strengthening any weakness in the pelvic floor. That's the same approach Physios who specialise in the pelvic floor take when dealing with patients with pelvic tension. So I tend to recommend reverse kegels only as well as pelvic stretches and only add kegel once tension is gone and your muscles have achieved a normal resting tone.

Very good info on the different types of reverse kegels, breathing and stretching.
Every woman just wants to be bent over and have her hair pulled.
