Thread: Confusion with Reverse Kegels

I have read all the posts posted on this thread so far. Still some things to clarify.. I have decided to exercise RK for few weeks before going on RK/K routine, because during the edging session I feel that I am kegelling.
The serach for correct reverse kegel:
Flaccid:
I try to run my piss out, and I feel that muscle between my testicles and asshole is going down, I feel my asshole opening a little, and urine ready to go if I would push even more, my abs are tight, I am able to breath, but because my abs are tense, breathing is a lot harder.
Erect (during edging or just erect):
I took a look at my penis and I sow that the head was getting bigger, and penis pushed out a very little, other feelings were the same like I have described above.
Questions:
1. What should I feel at the base of the penis while I am doing RK and my dick is being flaccid at that moment? Should I feel nothing or some kind of tension/flex/softness?
2. I assume I am doing mixed reverse kegel, how to separate front and back reverse kegels?
3. Does it mean that my front kegel is weaker (isn't able to stretch that much) as back reverse kegel, because I can't feel anything at the base of the penis while I am doing RK while flaccid?
4. What can you say about that kind of routine: 4sets of 12-13reps of RK, which I am doing at the moment, but holding the stretch for 5-10seconds and resting for the same time I am holding? If I am able to hold RK for more, egz. 15-25secs, should I go for it ?
5. Is that one routine enough for a beginning? What else should I do?

It's alright to use your abs to assist the stretch just don't strain them and don't hold your breath and if you feel like you're going to urinate then you're puching too hard.

You should feel your muscles loosen and relax. It's subtle, so if you're not sure use your fingers to feel around the base and the muscles should be relaxed and loose. Kegel then reverse kegel to feel the difference.

The best way it to practice two point reverse kegels which I describe in the OP.

No. The muscles at the front are smaller than the muscles at the back and that's why you feel less movement, and that is what leads beginners to question if their doing them right because they can't fell them as much.

That routine is fine. Work within your ability, if you can hold it longer then hold it longer. But mix it up, do 1 set at 5sec the next at 10sec and so on and so. You can even throw in some quick RK's.

That's enough to begin with.

I'm new to Reverse kegals, I'm practicing now with the front reverse kegal where you imagine pushing out from the base of the penis. I start to feel the muscle! but it feels incredibly weak. Is this normal? I think I must be seriously imbalanced.
So by doing these exercises are you actually making these little muscles bigger or stronger over time?

By doing kegels you create strength and tone in the muscles.
By doing reverse kegels you create flexibility in the muscles to achieve a more comfortable muscle tone resulting in improved muscle control.

Here's the feeling I get when I THINK I'm doing a front reverse kegel - before actually putting them into routine I want to check I'm doing it right! opefully this makes sense.
With a couple of fingers on the area UNDER my penis (basically the area where I'd have a vagina if I was a girl), I do a normal kegel (in which I'm very good at) and feel a strong movement. I assume this is my BC muscle...
So, with my fingers in the same place, I attempt what I think is the reverse. It kind of feelings like swelling, and as though veins down there go loose and an expanding, almost feeling of pressure, starts. Is this loose feeling muscle loosening? Kind of feels gross, like a few strands of spaghetti loosening up or expanding?
Sorry to be graphic! Or is all of the above actually in my ball sack and I'm doing something totally different?
Thanks in advance! Any help much appreciated.

I try to do reverse kegel. I inhale and at the same time I try to imagine the balloon expanding somewhere around that place where my penis gets out of my body, sometimes I feel something expanding, at the same time I feel some kind of tickling in that place. I exhale, my imaginary balloon gets smaller, I epeat that for 4-5 times, and boom, I have a 30-45% hard erection, which stay there for another 3 reps, and that disappears. (I try to hold RK for 6sec, and rest for 6 sec as well.)
Does this sounds like RK, or more like K, because I know if i hold regular kegel for some time I can get an erection, and a hard one, but this thing I get doesn't look like that.

Nowadays I am doing edging session, which lasts for about 30minutes. During these sessions I arrive at PONR about 4-8 times, I noticed that it is harder for me to last sitting or laying, than standing or kneeling. When I feel PONR approaching I try to do light front RK, together with inhale, because somehow inhaling helps me concentrate on front RK more... So I try to hold it RK for 5-10 seconds, while breathing deeply, and in the beginning that helps me, but after about 15minutes I reach the point when I probably get more turned on, and when I try to do front RK, it doesn't really help, then I try to do it harder, then my penis gets filled with a burst of blood and becomes more sensitive, which makes everything even worse, so I have to stop stroking for a while, and hold RK, If I feel that I might ejaculate, then I hold regular kegel, and after 5-10 seconds I turn back to RK for a few seconds, hoping that will relax my muscles. Anyway once I reach that ~15min period, when I get more aroused then PONR approaches more often. Anyway I cope with my self and end my session without ejaculating for 30-35minutes. (I do ejaculate every 3 days though).
My question is why does RK doesn't help me to deal with PONR when I feel it coming? Wrong timing, short experience of RK or anything else?

The harder you do an RK during stimulation the more sensitive you'll become.
