    The flex of stomach could indicate front kegel, or general kegel, a push out feel should indicate front reverse kegel or general reverse kegel.

    Hey guys I'm new here and I'd like your opinion on this ,
    I have weak erection and pe , I've been doing no fap for over a year with a few relapses ,
    But still have weak erections ,
    Since I started masterbation at maybe 11/12 I would always clench my pc muscles from start to finish , thought this was how it was done , now at the age of 25 I think my muscles are fucked ,
    I can't hold a kegel which as far as I know means it's over stressed as it is ,
    I've been doing reverse kegels now for a while hopeing to see improvements but none yet,
    Could this be my problem ?
    Can I do anything else like stretches to help ?

    I have small but static tension in the very very front part of my pelvic floor. It is just at the very end of my penis and beginning of my pelvic floor. I tried to relax it and it was very very difficult. I could do it for half a second and then it tensioned again. Also it is realy difficult to relax it consciously.
    But when I can relax it, I realy feel how good it feels, that the tension is gone. It feels like when you pull your shoulders unconsciously up while writing something at the pc and then noticing it and releasing it. It feels realy relieving. And also do I feel, how the blood is free to flow through my penis, and therefore it gets bigger and more like a blood penis.
    So now if have the feeling that there are several parts of the pelvic floor which I need to relax consciously. The part I described, then the muscle that surrounds the penis, than a part between the anus and the end of the muscle that surrounds the muscle, and third the PC muscle, which surrounds the anus wideley. I notice tension in all of them by times an can relax them consciously with different difficulty.

    Hmm.. for some reason I cannot wrap my head around what the front reverse kegel should feel like, thank you for the answer though. I still can't do it correctly haha.

    You must then improve isolation so that you don't need a piss to do a frk.

    Hi there. I have been facing premature ejaculation for all of my life but the last two weeks were terrible and I don't know what happened. I dropped from a five-minutes man to a one-minute man.

    Few days ago I started focusing my attention on the muscles that contract when I approach PONR. As I masturbated I found that my pelvic area, stomach and buttocks contract intensely after a minute of stimulation. I am trying to relax these muscles but I am not able to do so. The contraction is so intense and uncontrollable.

    Have anybody went through this before? Can anybody help me in how I can control these muscles? Will this solve my PE problem?

    I'm in the same boat as you man-_- do you actually stiffen your legs like lock your knees? I tend too, but everything you said is what I'm dealing with

    Most guys have a physical issue and often an arousal issue as well.
    The physical issue can be worked on through out of sex kegel /reverse kegel routine amongst other things. . The reverse kegel should dominate the session. Edging can work on both the physical issues and arousal .
