    So a reverse kegel is like trying to pushing down on the BC muscle like when trying to open my bunghole,so the muscle stretches outward?

    I find that doing a medium strength reverse kegel brings me closer to the PONR and makes the head of the penis more sensitive and blown up. Should I be doing a very light reverse kegel(where you can barely feel it and feels like it drops slightly) during sex to delay the PONR?

    I also find during edging this method is quite easy to apply and delay the PONR but during sex is a whole different ball game.

    Also is it better to stretch the muscle with harder reverse kegels during exercise, so that you can better relax them when you need to during sex?

    And when I do the reverse kegel it feels as if my perenium is expanding, is that the correct way?

    When I do a front RK, my balls kind of go up and down(I guess inflate like a balloon?) and my stomach/abs flex a little bit. Is this correct?

    I came across this thread on another forums(please delete if it violates any rules)
    The way you masturbate could be causing your ED - Your Brain Rebalanced
    and I got freaked out. I can achieve and erection sitting down no problem but once I stand up it goes down and I need oral stimulation to stay erect. Since I can remember, when I masturbate, I've always clenched my legs and butt.

    Sometimes ongoing spasm can be implicated in ed . As this guy says.

    Correct way yes.
    You can do a light rk ,most guys find rk back from ponr delay ponr.
    There is more arousal and distraction during sex.
    There is some disagreement on hard rk during training.

    Hey guys, I notice that I involuntarily kegel sometimes when I'm masturbating or having sex which causes me to have dry and wet orgasms within minutes...what do you suggest I do?

    I know that a normal kelgel would be the feeling that you're trying to hold back urine flow like when you have to pee...is this right?

    If you're wanting to stop IKs, you need to start doing RKs.

    Yes, that's right.

    A front reverse kegel is the push you do to pass urine, and/or make it pass faster.

    Ohh I see, I seem to have been doing front normal kegels this whole time then. The ones I've been doing feel like I'm stopping the urine flow.

    How can I isolate the correct muscles to contract for front reverse kegels?
