Keep breathing, it may seem obvious but the fact is that some people hold their breath when doing reverse kegels and normal kegels for that matter. When you hold your breath you cause tension in your body and that is counter productive in doing these exercises. So I’ll say it again, Keep breathing.
- Aim to hold this for 10 sec. To start with you may find that hard so try 5 sec or 3 and work your way up. For however long you hold the stretch allow the same time to rest between reps.

Everyone struggling with reverse kegels, I found that when trying to do a RK slightly pressing with a couple of fingers at the start of your shaft at the top (where it meets your body) and pushing downwards, as if you were slightly trying to slide the location of where your shaft exits the body helps in isolating the front muscles for an RK. Maybe it helps your subconscious (or whatever) focus on your front pelvic floor muscles rather than the back ones due to the sense of touch. As many people are only able to do a general "push" of the whole set of muscles, this helps me lean the "push" to come from the front.

Could someone list signs or ways to be sure that one is RK correctly? Because after some training, after seeing how hard is seeming to me to improve, I'm starting wonder that maybe it's my fault and I'm not doing them propely...

Hi guys, I just wanted to run this past you. I was at my PT the other day and she told me to do "trumpets" everyday. Basically what this is is while standing up, you roll your hand into a fist and blow into it like a trumpet. When I did this, I really felt my pelvic floor expand and stretch. Now I've only been doing this for a couple of days, but I will post in a couple of weeks about progress. Has anyone ever tried this? Any thoughts about this method for reverse kegels? Thanks a lot!!

Hi everyone.
I'd like to say thanks to every body contributing in this thread, especially iMac and bigmoe. I've a simple question.
The vey long light (moving or not) reverse kegel seems to be the one to benefit the most (and the fastest) people suffering of pre-e (like https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...arantee-5.html and many others curing their pre-e in 2 to 6 weeks !).
But what is your take on penis stretching ? Would a base, or even behind the glans light to strong long stretch every day be able to produce the same effect as rk ? Asking because of this thread https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...ive-guide.html.

There are a variety of stretches guys use the most common being squat variants. Try them out see what suits.

Can't do a reverse kegel without flexing my abs slightly, am i doing it wrong ?

This is normal and will lessen with practise.
