This is true. I have an additional quick with my digestion. I have a hiatel hernia so pressure from the bottom end can cause food to come back out the top end.

I often see pain when sitting as a symptoms. I used to have this not too long ago when my pf was worse. My issue is pain when standing. If i stand for too long i get pain in the perineum... it has stopped me from getting part time work :/

Hi
I have a few questions pls
1- during rk, only my back (towards anus) is working, is it right or front should also work? Because i could not find out how to move it
2- first time tried hindi squat but i experienced normal kegel is working Unless i release. As i know this excersize is for releasing kegel, right? Should i do any extra thing during hindi?
3-duringg sex or masturbation, i think i always should avoid IK. So whenever i have IK i should do RK. But just on PONR, should i do normal KEGEL hold to avoid ejaculation?
I read so many threads and topics but i am a bit confused. Sorry if i am writing to wrong topic.

1. The whole floor should be able to be relaxed. Keep doing MRs and Hindis. Also read Hans Protocol and implement the excersizes.
2. Focus on relaxing during the hindi. Try deep meditative breathing and RK.
3. For now continue fighting the LIke with RKs. When you get goodnPF balance you can START adding kegels to stop ejaculation. For now try to ride the edge completely relaxed.

Hello, everybody.
I’ve been ferociously reading this thread and others about P.E and RK's for a long time because, while reading about people's succes with RK's in curing PE, I had gained hope and became super-excited about these extraordinary progresses in curing P.E. Rk's now seem to me like a miracle cure. Before continuing with information about me, I want to thank everyone so much for their contribution and, above all, for giving me hope.
Now, some short background information about me: I am 21 years old, became sexualy active with my gf a year ago. The first couple of times I lasted very short (about 10 seconds to 1 minute) and I tought that’s common, because of my inexperience. But, as time passed and after many sexual encounters, I was still lasting very short, hence my self-diagnosis that I have P.E. I rushed masturbation to porn since I was 15 because of fear of being caught in a crowded home. Last encounter with gf I only lasted 10 seconds in doggy style, and immediately after, only 20 seconds with her on top. I always felt strong and numerous involuntary kegels during sex and during masturbation. Every time I have sex or masturbate, I can feel my PC muscle involuntarily kegeling and it feels like pushing against my prostate and rushing PONR in seconds.
After reading many succes stories about reverse kegels in curing PE, I decided to give Reverse Kegels a try and also stop watching porn. I began 3 days ago and things are going so-so: regular kegels ? No problem, I have never done a kegel routine before but I can effortlessly clench the muscle for about 10 seconds. But with reverse kegels I only feel that ,,push” in front penile muscles when I hold my breath in.
I am doing this routine: 15-20 Rk’s, 10 sec. holds, daily
5 regular kegels, 10 sec. holds, Mondays and Thursdays.
1) How long after you started did you see results in lasting longer, ?
2) Should the reverse kegels be done in a specific part of the day or can they be done at any hour during the day ?
3) Am I on the right path ?
Btw, one strange thing happened to me last night: after I finished the RK routine and was lying down on the bed, I felt like my entire penis area went quiet, inactive, in a sort of ultra-relaxed state. Usually, when I touched the head of the penis it would get erect instantly and I would have a strong involuntary kegel. But when I touched the head of the penis last night , I was shocked because there was no involuntary kegel !! I tried to get it erect and it got erect a bit slower, but in a relaxed, paced kind of way. Could this whole incident be a good sign that I’m doing the RK routine right and that it works ??
Thanks to anyone that contributed here. All advice was really the boost that I needed.

This is a positive sign you are on the right track . In a week or 2 start
edging.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply, Pegasus. It's a relief knowing that I'm on the right track.
After your answer, 2 questions are going through my head:
1) You mentioned I should start edging in a week or two after my RK routine: is edging really necessarry for me to achieve the goal of lasting longer naturaly during sex ? Is edging mandatory in order to to achieve lasting longer for like 10 minutes after a month of reverse kegels ? Can I skip edging ? Can I only rely on reverse kegels (and of course, a few regular kegels for balance) ?
2) I'm still a bit confused as to how reverse kegels help you last longer: does doing a regular rk routine keep away the PONR during sex without me having to incorporate rk or regular kegels during actual sex ? Does a RK routine actually lower your arousal treshold and it will take you a while until the urge to come appears ? In other words: will a consistent RK (and few regular kegels) routine help me last longer effortlessy or will it teach me how to suppress the PONR that may ocur even after 20 seconds ?

Hmm
1. In your personal case I don't know .
2. It can do both . An out of sex rk routine helps relax the pelvic floor . A tense pelvic floor pushes you quickly to orgasm (so effortless within sex). An edging routine starting with stop start and work to rk forms will teach how to prolong sex with technique.
Can I ask why you want to avoid edging?
