Does a deep belly breath count as a RK? Is it targeting the PC, BC and IC? I'm trying to isolate the BC for RKs but I feel like I can only kegel it. I do feel like I hit it when I tense my abs but I don't think thats how its supposed to be done.

Everything down there is connected.
When you make a deep belly breath, were the belly expands outward, it targets the Pelvic floor in a similar fashion.
If you focus your breath in as deep as possible into the PF, towards BC and perineum, it will expand that area.
Of course if you are super tense it might resist. Then you need repetition and maybe other stuff like massage and stretching.

Hi I've been attempting RKs on and off for the last few years due to PE, but haven't been able to cure my PE yet.
I think I am doing it properly the last few weeks while laying on my back but I have a quick question. Sometimes I feel like I'm pushing my BC muscle outward, but my anus expands as well, should it stay shut or open up for a proper RK?

Eventually you won't be able to push it back anymore and then you have two options.
1. let yourself cum.
or
2. Kegel to stop yourself from cumming.

Mostly Front Kegel. I have read some having success with just back kegels but for me personally i engage my front to mid and when i'm really flexing i tighten my abs and clench the whole area. When you are Kegeling hard, it tends to flex and tense the whole PF. Doing a regular kegel routine can strengthen these muscles to do a successful DO Kegel but it can tighten your PF causing PreE to get worse. Just keep that in mind.
