    It is odd. Since the bulk of this routine is actually more focused on kegel movements rather than reverse kegel movements. Also what ratio did you do them? Where you unable to do 30% of the reverse kegels part routine before but you still continued? Have you mastubated/edged at least two times per week, where those sessions longer than 20 minutes (if you can reach that mark)?

    Anyway make a week to two weeks pause. What you probably did is over over worked the kegel movement rather than reverse kegel movement. Also from now on you should do https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...se-kegels.html every time before and after a exercise set in order to prevent this. Now with the resting period you are to do meditative reverse kegels at least once per day (ideally two times per day, sometimes in the morning and before sleep).

    Be sure to always adapt the rest days to your own rhythm, doing them once every second day if needed. Decrease whenever you feel the need to do so.

    You may add any stretches you know but be careful when using a tennis ball stretch it can cause more problems then the things it can fix. Be sure to do the stretching itself after a warm-up (run, exercise of any kind involving legs etc) rather than cold static stretching this is important.

    The tense feeling of the groin area is a sign of overworked kegel movement meaning that you need to slow down and better pace your exercises to suit your body. The lack of involuntary kegels means that the routine is working it is just that you are advancing faster than your body can handle it (good quality erections are another sign). Edging once a week for 60+ minutes if fine but try to keep it a little lower since that also brings allot of tension to the pelvic floor (probably the other reason you have the tensing up), the 25-45 minutes isn't just in order to last longer it is an optimal time of sorts where you don't overwork and yet don't "underwork".

    In that light 2 per week for the max of 45 minutes per session finishing it up with a ejaculation is what I suggest for your regime since there is allot of pelvic floor activity to just have a one per week ejaculation. Also be sure to check this post and especially the part about training once per day vs twice per day every second day.

    I am sorry that the pelvic floor routine lacks further optimisation and proper scheduling but due to the time constraints I am unable to provide a quality update for the time being, but with your imput and feedback like this I will be able to make it better.

    Also be sure to take a warm (but no too hot) longer (but not to long) bath at least once a week since when it comes to actually relaxing the pelvic floor muscles there is little else that is batter than that. Doing meditative reverse kegel breating in a hot bat or just holding a very mild reverse kegels will eliminate a lot of tension.

    So your reverse kegels are fine it is just that your pelvic floor is too tensed to allow you full range of motion, but a tensed strong pelvic floor is not the same as the tensed weak pelvic floor as you have noticed.

    Must do something else? How long you have to be? Would talk of series?

    I don't prefer doing the stretch at all so I can't tell you any specifics, I just pointed out that is one of the ways (warm/hot bath being my preference).

    I'll have to try this. After my injury I can't keep a hard on for the life of me and I'm 23. This shouldn't be happening to me.

    Hey Minuteman, why did you type so much about that it's very important to have the right strength, technique and timing when attempting DO's and about why "bad DO's" are bad? I mean... They aren't really dangerous? Dibble Ejaculation is more or less the exact same thing as normal ejaculation, all the ejaculation /semen leaves the penis. Partial Ejaculation is a combination of getting some of the ejaculation /semen in the bladder and some out, and Retro Ejaculation is when all the ejaculation / semen goes to the bladder right? But there aren't really any side effects from getting the ejaculation/semen in the bladder except from discomfort? If you asked a doctor if it would be dangerous to get ejaculation/semen into the bladder the answer would be no.

    I understand that you want to raise awareness about the fact that DO's may have potential dangers, and if people attempt them, it's at their own risk. This might be true, it might lead to potential dangers if it's done wrong, but getting ejaculation / semen in the bladder is not really dangerous. I understand that DO's and things like that is not really a too familiar subject for most people, including doctors, so it's hard to say what problems attempting for DO's can cause. I have never heard about anyone who has had side effects or necessairly bad consequences from attempting DO's...

    Why are you emphasizing that it's so important to have the right strength, timing and technique? Why not just get strength through kegels as usual, technique from towel raises and timing from practice? What is the worst that can happen with a bad timing? Retro Ejaculation... (I personally would still build up strength for weeks-months if it caused discomfort to get ejaculation in the bladder, which I don't know, because It never happened to me).. But I mean.. is it really that bad to get a retro ejaculation 10 times when you attempt for DO's and when you practice to get the timing right?

    This area is largely un-explored and I can in no way predict the pelvic floor condition of each user of this guide, and because of the experimental nature or dry orgasms. Since there where no detailed medical experiments upon a bigger population it is always a good idea to be careful since I do not posses enough knowledge or enough arrogance to state that dry orgasms will not cause any problems.

    About retro and partial ejaculation (the partial retro not the partial dribble) I stand by the belief (because I don't have enough knowledge to state otherwise) that a male's bladder in not designed for it to get the sperm or any liquid like it does during a retro orgasm. The problem is also that repeated retro ejaculations and even partial ejaculation put undue stress to bladder sphincter and when it is weakened enough you can get retrograde ejaculation without even attempting a DO (here we of course are talking about extreme situations and depending on the individual's pelvic floor and bladder health which I have no way of knowing).

    This guide is designed in mind of reducing most risks when training and attempting DOs since it is an unknown area I simply cannot be sure what the long therm problems might arise form having allot of bad DOs.

    But in the end it is all up to the user of this guide, if you are sure in yourself that it will not make any problem for you and that you know better (and I don't mean this in a bad way, people are different somethings work much better to some than others etc) feel free to go ahead because it will be you who will suffer eventual consequences (if any of course).

    You are welcome to bring some proof about this statement.

    If you asked a doctor if it would be dangerous to get ejaculation/semen into the bladder the answer would be no.
    This statement is problematic for me since other than asking it is hard to know how will a doctor answer, and as far as I understand neither you or me have enough knowledge or are competent enough to answer this question fully (although if you where an urologist the situation might be different but it still an opinion of one person).

    You are focusing too much on the short term and too little on the long term effects, when you are writing guide you have to focus on both.

    I don't remember writing that, I noted that you have to be proficient in each area, that is kind of different. In other words you have to dedicate the time in each of the areas in order to be able to DO consitently. Also to quote myself:

    Technique is the most crucial of the three. While if you have a strong and balanced pelvic floor you have a leeway when it comes to timing (meaning the window to actually hold your kegel gets wider), and with good timing you can afford to have a weaker pelvic floor (because you can optimize your strength), there is no substitute for the technique, making it the most crucial of the three.
    In other words the three aspects can balance them selves out (with technique being the most strict).

    This is not a guide on how to perform a DO from time to time, this is a guide on how to always be able to DO (or at the least most of the time). There will always be people who can do this will much less effort but I am making a guide for the broader audience of men who may not be as gifted and instead have to obtain it trough work and dedication.

    The warnings are meant to make you think twice (as you are now having your doubths) so that you are more observant and careful, but they also benchmark your desire and determination to master DOs.
