    Ideally when you perform a clean or perfect DO since you are basically stopping the first spasm that pulls the sperm up from testacles (that then mix with the prostate fluid) the sperm simply stays there as it where before the PONR. Ejaculation is a strong involuntary process that is not ment to be stopped half way, that is why the ideal time to stop it is just as it is about to begin (the first spasm).

    The reason I thing that perfect and clean DOs are not harmful for the body is because I noticed that sometimes when you don't want to ejaculate at a certain time you might instinctively perform a kegel hold while pulling your self back and that the body will in some occasions simply stop the process. Also when you perform a bad DO you simply are not having that good feeling, it feels like something went wrong. That is why to most people who ask me when can they can be positive that they have performed a clean and perfect DO I usually answer "You will know it when it happens" because it simply feels right, it feels natural.

    Some source imply that sperm gets reabsorbed while others state that the sperm just decomposes after a while, what ever the case a good practice is to always ejaculate at the end of the session (or at the least a day or two afterwards) in order to preserve prostate health.

    Ok, thanks for the info. By the way... There was a guy who told me that it would be pointless to learn DO's if you can only last 30sec-1minute why do you guys think he said this? Does it get way harder to do the second and third DO than the first one? Or is it like once you master DO's you can't be "stopped"? (Note: This is not really a question for me, as it doesn't count for me, but I'm just wondering)

    Also, when attempting DO's I heard it's better to go to PONR several times as it makes it easier for you. I even realized huge changes in my ejaculation if I do this. If I just masturbate and ejaculate straight at first PONR, then it will be ejaculate with squirts and power, it will be like, first wave (squirt), second, thrid, done. But if I go to PONR 3 times like I do with edging and then ejaculate, the ejaculation comes way slower. It's less powerful and it's not squirts. It is kinda of like a very "slow river" and it seems like it would be way easier to kegel in this situation and successfully perform a DO. So to my question: Can the very best perform DO's at the first PONR?, or is it way more "risky" (bigger chance of not succeeding) so even the best and most experienced tries to avoid that one?

    To answer your second question first. The reason you get better ejaculations is you approach PONR multiple times is because of all the fluids from the prostate mostly that are making the pressure and because the spasms get more pronounced.

    For people that have premature ejaculation for example the ejaculation on the first PONR can also lead to dribble ejaculation because the pelvic floor is to tense to allow the kegel spasms full range of motion. For most people with balanced and relaxed pelvic floor it doesn't make much difference (aside from the fluid effect noted above) between the first and any later PONR.

    Having multiple PONRs in one session allows you to get used to the sensation at to be able to better pin point the exact moment you will ejaculate, but it generally depends on the person.

    As you perform clean and perfect DOs your body simply gets used to the timing and other aspects and it gets much easier as you successfully DO, so at the later point it doesn't matter at which PONR you are. The human body is really amazing at adaptation, however in order to sustain that level of performance you will need to clean/perfect DO frequently, which for example I was not able to sustain simply because I wanted to focus on other techniques for healing/fixing premature ejaculation problem and because of the lack of sex partners. So for most people their first aim is to be able to have DO at least once per session (be it edging or sex) rather than chaining them, but if they have frequent sex they are able to do it more and more to the point where it almost is effortless (as Pegasus might attest).

    As for the guy who said that it would be pointless to learn how to DO if you last shorter, it is the clean DO and soft wave orgasms that enabled me to last longer while edging as it showed me that it is possible therefore reducing the psychological pressure of lasting longer and giving me a confidence boost and introducing my body to new forms of pleasure that where foreign to me before that. However, people tend to make the mistake on relaying on just one technique too much while looking down upon simple practices like edging, ti is important to understand the for a person with premE DO should be one of the many tools in the toolbox while for people devoted to mastering MMO DO is for most one of the first major techniques.

    Originally, I posted this elsewhere, but I thought since I am doing your program I should ask you. Two days ago, I had my first DO. I was so excited that I attempted again later that evening. I had one DO, which was followed by a failed DO, but not a retrograde ejaculation. Hours later, I decided to try to ejaculate since I'm new to this. I didn't edge, I just masturbated until I ejaculated. When I did, it was the most intense orgasm I may have ever had. However, it almost felt like it was being held back or something. When I checked after I regained my focus, there was much less semen than usual. I urinated after and there didn't seem to be semen, but it wasn't in a cup so I'm not 100% sure. My bladder didn't hurt after. I read that after edging and a DO there is usually a buildup up semen and more is released.
    Do you think I just held a kegel without realizing it in the heat of the moment?

    The feelings of being held back can be form the failed DO, but it can also be from the fact that you tired out your muscles and also some interior blockage due to the failed DO, but I think that since your muscles where tight and you mentioned that the orgasm was strong that you might have as you said held a kegel (to be more exact not, you but your pelvic floor since the muscles where tight).

    After a bad DO it is generally a best idea to edge and ejaculate normally tomorrow rather then attempting to fix things right away or the same day, this should properly clean the semen out but also allow the muscles to relax after a strain. What most beginners aren't aware is that the bad DO causes much more stress on the pelvic floor than the clean or perfect DO.

    Sorry, there were some things I forgot to mention that I wondered about.
    1. I have noticed that while doing reverse root locks I become aroused. I assume this is because I am inadvertently stimulating my prostate. Have you heard of this? Is it common?
    2. I've noticed that my erections aren't as hard as before I started the program. I can tell that I am getting more blood flow to my penis, but my erections are between 70-80% each time. That one instance I mentioned in my previous post was my first 100% in a over a week. Is this due to muscle fatigue. Maybe I need to take a day off? I've really been enjoying the exercises, so I may be moving too fast in the program also.
    3. Even with my EQ being less than usual, I've noticed an increase in libido. I assume that it is due to increased blood flow to my penis and testicles. Is this a common thing? Will it stay like this from now on?
    4. Lastly, is it normal for masturbation to not be as arousing as before after starting to edge? I have definitely noticed that I can go longer before getting to the PONR in the first place. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes or more with lubricant, which is really long for me! But I'm not sure if this is because the edging is working or because I've been doing it so often because of increased arousal every day. I wonder if my penis is just kinda getting tired between edging often and exercising twice a day. I've had no pain or soreness, just that my erections aren't as strong and masturbating doesn't feel as great as it once did. It could also be a mind thing. When I start masturbating now, I automatically prepare to be there 20 or 30 minutes and expect to not feel any tension growing until a while into the session.

    1. It is fairly normal depending on your overall sensitivity. Almost any pelvic floor movement can be arousing

    2. It may be due to the muscle fatigue, or because you are doing reverse movements stronger than kegel and root locks. Anyway, getting a few days of is a good idea. What this guide severely lacks is the rest days included in the program so every member must find his own rhythm.

    3. Increased libido is both because of the blood flow but also because of the "novelty" of your activity, it will subside somewhat in the future, but it will mostly be better than before.

    4. It is probably due to the lower EQ that you are experiencing, again rest days management is crucial but also entirely up to you. Here are some observations on how the current pelvic floor routine should be improved in the future.

    I can't seem to do reverse kegels and I have no way on indicating I am doing them. When I try to do them I do reverse root lock flexes, I think I do the reverse kegels at the same time, just not sure.

    When I try to do root lock flexes, I do a normal kegel. It seems impossible to separate the two. I also tend to contract my lower abs when attempting reverse kegels.

    Any ideas on how to fix these issues?

    It is fairly normal in the beginning, as you repeat those movements you will notice a sight difference between front and back and as you focus on it you will be able to isolate it better with time, for some this comes faster and for some it takes more time.
