    Hey Minuteman, thank you so much for the guide and your constant commitment to this thread!

    I wanted to ask you if my edging routine is beneficial to me, so here is how a typical session goes:

    I use my head honcho and lube and start edging. I have pretty severe PE so I hit my PONR quickly, and then I take a 10 second or so break. After this break, I start at it again and hit the PONR a bit quicker. Usually this time I let myself get extremely close to orgasm then I hold a 15 second kegel. The first time I do this it is pretty easy, and after waiting 10 seconds or so after that I continue to edge. The next time I hit my PONR I get even closer to ejaculating and hold an intense kegel that at the beginning of my training would have made me ejaculate. After holding this one, sometimes a tiny bit of precum will come out if I squeeze my erection with my hand, but it is clear and is definitely not semen. If I take a 15 second or so break from this one I find that I can edge again for a bit longer before I hit my PONR, and I repeat this process as many times as I see fit.

    I tried this during sex with my girlfriend, and after I held the second kegel I felt an orgasm but no semen came out. However, about 2 or so minutes later my penis went flacid, but I don't think I had a retro-ejac, I just think I'm not used to feeling an orgasm and then continuing to have sex.

    Please give me some advice on my routine, and also some insight as to what may have happened to me during sex and what I can do to improve that.

    The best way to know if you had retro ejaculation or not is to urinate in a cup and take note of how clear the content is, usually by then you will know. Also during that kegel hold you have to notice if you have kegel spasms or note. So while there is a good probability that you are right about your penis going flaccid because it is not used to orgasm and no ejaculation it might be that you have retro ejaculated.

    On a side note, holding a strong kegel might be to taxing for your pelvic floor so it might be a good idea to at least finish level 0 before you continue to do that to have at least a little bit conditioned pelvic floor in order to prevent any injuries, or if nothing else then focus more on reverse kegels via deep squat stretching and reverse kegel breathing.

    As for your edging routine, if you feel you are progressing then chances are you are getting benefits from it. Sometimes just trying to stay erect for more than 20 minutes for example can give you allot of benefits. But in time you should also add variations, in other words try to thrust with your body instead of using just the hand, try noticing which positions suit your better and which make you go to PONR faster so that you can get used to them. Also getting used to the arousal itself is a good idea, so you might look into 3day routine in order to see how you react with prolonged exposure to high arousal.

    I had 5 consecutive DOs today! First two only had a dribble and no secondary involuntary spasms. No cum came out on the last two and erection lasted throughout! I'm so happy!

    How long after a DO would you wait before stroking again? As I noticed after fourth DO my recovery was quicker, I didn't have to wait long before stroking without worrying of triggering involuntary spasms.

    Congratulations, for some the road is easier, in your case it was more complicated but you succeeded, it tells more good about you then the guide, well done.

    As for the pause, in ideal situations you don't really need to wait (when you get used to DOs enough you will be able to continue the stroking/thrusting right away), but generally you should wait at least to when you release the kegel hold for now. As you progress you will notice that you need less and less time to wait.

    So you're able to keep stroking DURING the DO/kegal hold? Or you you're able to stroke very soon AFTER DO/kegal hold? I would love to be able to continue stroking DURING DO/kegal hold!

    Is there a limit to how many DO's you can have before it becomes unhealthy?

    After your multiple DOs on the last orgasm you decide it to be ejaculation orgasm. Doe much cum come out? For example you had 5 DOs and then on the 6th had a normal ejaculation orgasm.

    Both. I was able to stroke during the hold itself and after it, it takes time to get used to id but it is possible, however it really isn't that necessary. You can use that time in sex to change the position for example etc.

    I tended not to have more than 2 (rarely 3) and my ejaculation after is is normal even more high pressured then usual, now days I may have one but DOs are not my sphere of interest currently. Granted I tend to edge 2 (rarely) times a week and ejaculate.

    Well for now I suggest you keep it at 2 it is better to have 1 or 2 per session and be consistent then have more and be uncertain.

    As for how much DO until becomes unhealthy, I don't know but you should avoid doing to much because it stresses the pelvic floor. But this side of DO is largely unexplored so venture at your own risk.

    Do you have a kegal maintenance routine? What is it?

    Not much ejaculation came out for me when I have actual ejaculation orgasm. So I'm guessing its partially retrograde. But I only get one invol spasm. Hell sometimes none. In subsequent DOs.

    What are you current PE interests?

    Since I don't do much DOs I don't have a maintenance routine but in the guide there is a section:
    10) PELVIC FLOOR ROUTINE - 'Keeping in shape'

    The as you have seen this is a pretty complete progressive routine and as such it will bring you to a high level, but the question is how to stay at that level. It is actually easy.

    Once you have finished with level 3. You have total 4 .5 sublevels that are the routines that have all the exercies for that level. So you can do them one per day, but making a pause each day in between so you end up with a week where the first day you do the 0.5 routine twice a day, then make a day pause, then 1.5 routine twice a day, then make pause then 2.5 twice a way, then make pause and them do 3.5 routine.

    After 2-3 weeks of this, instead of doing two per day settle for one per day. And to this for another 2-3 weeks. Alter on make a week pause betwenn and if you notice to much of a drop in performance you can always back it up. But the nature of those mucles is that you will really have no need.
    I have no premE (an no PE either) interests at the moment, I am now focused mostly on the lifestyle change (increased physical activity, addition of new things in my life in which I can be constructive) and seeing how it affects my edging sessions and my mental state. And it also keeps my mind totally of all the premE problems which is a blessing in itself. Sometimes the best way to deal with premE is to not make a big deal about it after you have made some solid foundations. The only rule I have is to have a edging session longer than 20 minutes and that I enjoy that session, everything else is optional.

    I've tried experimenting with the DO in different positions. My Kegal hold has less effect while laying down fully on my back and whilst stood up. Lol. Did you notice this? Solution?

    My best DO is when I am upright on my knees. Or sat upright in a chair.
