    Hi, firstly a huge thanks for all the advice in this thread it has been very helpful in beating PE and this forum is excellent in general. A quick question regarding DO - earlier today I was experiencing what felt like an excellent, energising DO but it was noticeable that there were some spasms through my kegel hold. I let go of the kegel hold and experienced 2 or 3 spasms without any pleasure and then immediately went flaccid. I know this part was a retrograde ejaculation because I felt awful afterwards and my urine was cloudy.
    I feel like I'm getting the hang of it but, my question is this;

    How long do you need to hold the Kegel during dry orgasm, or will it just become obvious with more practice?

    It was a very strange feeling being in the middle of an orgasm and then going into retrograde when relaxing the kegel hold.

    The problem here is that your kegel hold is not strong enough and not complete enough (technique), with those two elements you are able to siply stop the spasms from occuring. So even when you had your hold it was pushing to find a path of least resistence and by the time you have released your kegel hold the stream was already re-directed.

    You should hold a kegel during DO until the spasms stop, for clean DOs having more than 2-3 spasms is too much (as described in posts, first spasm is one which you turn into a kegel hold, the second one is much weaker, and the third one should be almost not noticable), for perfect DOs you should have only one spasm (the one you turn into a kegel hold) , meaning that you either don't have a strong enough kegel or that your technique isn't good enough.

    It is a strange and awful thing for a reason, it is bad for your body, and your body is telling you that. The reason I was inspired to create this guide was exactly because of those things. I was lucky enough to have a clean DO the first time I have tried and I it just felt right, later on a few times I would have a retro ejaculation and it felt wrong.

    My advice to you is not to take shortcuts but go trough the pevlic floor routine in this topic from level 0 to level 3. It seems that you have the timing down which is a good thing, but it also seams that your kegel hold is not properly executed. When you experience a clean DO you will understand just how wrong retro ejaculation is.

    Thank you, I can see that you are totally correct, I am trying to rush it and that my pelvic floor needs more conditioning. I won't attempt it again until I have mastered levels 0-3.

    I am glad we agree.

    Feel free to feedback your observations about the rouitne as you pass the levels. Even though I used it my self (but not in this strict form, this routine is more as a result) and tried to make it as good as I can, there is always room for improvement.

    After you have finished a level you will have all the exercises of that level (that is the last sub level of the level) conecetraded in one day. So at level 3 first 3 days are actually all the exercises from previous levels, then the level 3 exercises, keep this in mind.

    Also the time spend on a sublevel can vary, but mostly is one week, for level 0 it might seem too much but, but on the later levels you will be more aware why is this done.

    Updated the Pelvic floor routine section with Exercises progress/flow overview, now I hope it is clearer how the progress works.
    ELVIC FLOOR ROUTINE - "Exercises progress/flow overview"

    [/B]With all levels and sublevels it might be a little confusing on how long to do it and how much to progress so here I will outline how from the global view your progress from level 0 to level 3 should go. This is just for orientation and clarification, if you feel you should progress faster or slower feel free to do so (but never make it too short). This is the optimal flow but you should not modify it for yourself.

    Also a week doesn't mean you have to do it for every day if you can't but the goal is to be able to do it every day for 7 days. (Minus the .5 sublevels will be clearer as you progress). Be sure to read carefully the descriptions for each level and sub level in the next section, some have specific things you should know, this is just an overview so you can see the big picture.

    Week 1 - Level 0 start - Do sublevel 0.1 for a week. You can increase them by 5 (k, rk, rl, rrl) per day up to 20. Once you feel comfortable do them twice per day.
    Week 2 - Level 0 -
    Do sublevel 0.2 for a week. See the details on how to increase and when to progress to next sublevel in the "levels and exercises" section.
    Week 3 - Level 0 - Do sublevel 0.3
    Week 4 - Level 0 - Do sublevel 0.4
    Week 5 - Level 0 - Do sublevel 0.5 - This sub level has all the previous sublevels in it, meaning you will do all four sublevels (0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4) per day. Optimal 2 times per day.

    Week 6 - Level 1 start - Do sublevel 1.1 From now on on the first day of every week you will do optimal sublevel 0.5 exercises, other days are for the current sublevel.
    Week 7 - Level 1 - Do sublevel 1.2
    Week 8 - Level 1 - Do sublevel 1.3
    Week 9 - Level 1 - Do sublevel 1.4
    Week 10 - Level 1 - Do sublevel 1.5 - This sub level has all the previous sublevels in it, meaning you will do all four sublevels (1.1,1.2,1.3,1.4) per day. Optimal 2 times per day.

    Week 11 - Level 2 start - Do sublevel 2.1 From now on on the first day of every week you will do optimal sublevel 0.5 exercises, on the second day optimal sublevel 1.5 exercises.
    Week 12 - Level 2 - Do sublevel 2.2

    Week 20 - Level 3 - Do sublevel 3.5 - This sub level has all the previous sublevels in it, meaning you will do all four sublevels (3.1,3.2,3.3,3.4) per day. Optimal 2 times per day.


    Keeping in shape - cementing (meant to do after you finish with the pelvic floor routine ):

    Week 1 to 3 - First day sublevel 0.5 twice a day, one day pause, Third day sublevel 1.5 twice a day, one day pause, Fifth day sublevel 2.5 twice a day, one day pause, Seventh day 3.5.
    After - All the same but instead of twice a day to it only once, for 3 to 5 weeks. After that experiment by skipping a week, if you notice drop in the performance return to doing it every week.

    This guide looks like a gold mine to me. Im a newbie to MMO and the ammount of conflicting / hard to understand information on the topic (ie the Eastern Tao stuff) is making it difficult. :P
    I used to have PE problems and low libido from what I see are pretty common problems amoung young men. I found my libido increased by ejaculating less frequently, changing to a diet higher in fat and getting more sleep (basically all things that can increase testosterone levels). I think this cured my PE issue also because when I am very horny I find it extreamly easy to maintain an erection and can last hours staying between 8-9 AL by controlling my breathing and using my pc mucles (The way I use them is I relax them to decrease arousal and contract to increase). The problem with this method is that if I go to 9.5 AL My PC mucle contracts involenteraly and I have to stop motion. So while this is 100 times better than PE, it still feels a bit mechanical.

    Im going to start the kegal exercises with the goal of dry orgasms but I have a few questions about it and MMO in general:

    -when you acheive the correct dry orgasm does it feel as good as a standard orgasm?
    -Can you keep thrusting during this orgasm?
    -Do you have any experience / advice with other mmo techniques? I have Read about "The big draw" and "Anal breathing". As far as I understand these techniques allow you to have orgasms in other parts of your body when used before the PONR and after your orgasm you will be at a lower AL. Have you tried these techniqes and do you know if they work? My BS detector goes off when I hear things like "move the chi" and "third eye". I have tried them a bit with little sucess, although I have not practised very hard and my sceptical mind is probably not helping.

    Sorry for the wall of text, but I feel very lost here and you seem the expert. Any help would be greatly apreciated!

    1. It fells at least as good or better, since not only do you experience orgasm, but also remain near the ponr so you are not desensitised. Now full body orgasm (that happens mostly during ejaculation when you have had a longer session) is of course stronger, view DO as a different flavor if you will.

    2. You can but only when you really get used to the preforming clean DOs consistently (and to some point unconsciously), it requires time and dedication.

    3. I have experience with a good amount of techniques with really deep knowledge, experience (albeit SOLO) and understanding of soft wave orgasms. The techniques you have noted are mostly different interpretations of one same thing (not that I am looking down on any). For most of people who do MMO the understanding and knowing some higher form of techniques is, to be honest, not needed, all you need is a good entry point and from there you will develop stuff on your own that will up your pleasure. DO can really be (and for me it is) a universal entry point in the world of MMO.

    4. Move the chi and third eye, are in some way valid stuff, the problem is it is in a way outdated. Those have been good tools for expalining things when medicine wasn't developed enough (in ancient times), but if you think about it moving the chi is simply moving your attention to different parts of your body. If you close your eyes right now and try to feel (or move your attention) to your mid toe on your left leg you will feel something, that is in a way chi. Most of those teachings (bar the most absurd ones) have their roots in truth, problem is not many people actually try and make the point that chi and many other stuff where just interpretations of old, and because tantric/mistic stuff sells better when it comes to that (I could write a lot more about it and I even thing I did in some post on this forum...).

    5. For example it is said that MMO and simillar stuff open up energy pathways, which is correct in its interepreation. The point the more your nerves are used to pass a certain stimuli the better they will work, and once you reach the state when your body is relaxed and used to the stimuli you are able to "move your orgasm trough your body". The thing is that you are simply expanding the area that is affected by your orgasm. Low level orgasms affect mostly the pelvic area but on higher level in envelopes your body. Not take what I have been saying about moving the chi and simply add that now your "energy pathways" are open and there you have it, moving the orgasm etc.

    Also if you are attempting DO it would be a good idea to have a routine and not just kegels. Since this topic is dedicated to that you can read up the first few post to get the idea what you will need to properly preform a DO and to protect yourself from complications or even an injury.

    I just finish level one completely. Heading towards level 2. I must say that i saw a lot of balancing in my PF recently which is reflecting on my edging. I can easily do 10 minute edging without ejaculating at the moment and without any spasms using lube and a medium to strong grip. That would have been 3 mins max 8 weeks ago. I recommend everyone to do these exercises for 3 reasons:
    1. Helps last longer by balancing out (seen markable results during edging)
    2. Helps you become multiple orgasmic on the long run - and I do not see any reason why you wouldn't want that.*
    3. Increases EQ significantly and drastically lowers the refractory period.*
