    hi, am abit confused on this topic in that people with PE problems have high histamine levels. is having high histamine levels related to PE?

    It's rumoured that it can be, and a change in diet or tablets to reserve it have helped some. Placebo? Could be, also.

    Apparently it is connected because of a study that was done.
    Look for it. Edging, rev and reg kegels and lots of practice with real sex can cure prem ejac... I dont know about the pills. One of us should do an experiment. Any volunteers? Haha.

    Took Zyrtec 10 mg yesterday, tried edging after 10 hours or so and the control was great and the session went for more than 40 minutes without PONR and then I stopped. I was using breathing continuously and keeping a light reverse kegal and it was easy to control the things.

    Without Zyrtec, I normally goto PONR within a minute or so and then I have to struggle continuously to push PONR using reverse kegal and kegal. The day before yesterday it was very difficult to control the urge (which came after just few strokes as usual) and I had to kegal and reverse kegal with almost every stroke to continue for 20 minutes or so. Interestingly, for one or two times I had to stop ejaculation using very tight kegal for few seconds and then things came under control. But there was very strange irritating sensation in my pelvic floor and I ejaculated in the end voluntarily.

    My perception about Zyrtec is that combining it with edging, breathing, reverse kegal, kegal, and stretches can produce good results. So it is worth trying.

    Magnesium also works well to low the histamine level and some people has good success with it. But I have to experiment with it.

    I actually confirmed it 2 times with non-drowsy pills. The first time I did it while masturbating and I couldn't even bring myself to ejaculation. Last night I tried it with sex and I was way less sensitive and I lasted over two hours and it was very to ejacualate. I will try to again one more time and let you guys know what happened and I will let you know what happens after I have sex again without a pill. For best results i noticed that you should start sex one hour after taking the pill. Of course it is not good to always took a pill during sex but this might be one of the safest pills to take and for people that have a really really bad case of premature ejaculation. I am just doing it to experiment.

    Claritin (12 hour) is worth a try. Last night I lasted a little over 10 minutes (yes I timed it on my stopwatch), with not super vigorous movement but a decent amount of continuous thrusting in and out but I took it pretty easy.

    Normally I last 5 seconds or less or even can't be inside my wife and stay there without movement without ejaculating no matter how much breathing and how calm I am, even starting from completely limp to getting a "parasympathetic" erection just from my wife manually stimulating me that takes a few minutes to get. I tried St Johns Wort and 5-htp and/or tryptophan and this made it so I could stay motionless inside my wife for a a long time but I couldn't move around much.

    I remembered one day on our honeymoon in Hawaii I actually lasted a decent amount of time instead of pretty much immediately blowing it which was only about 1.5 minutes but 1.5 minutes is super long compared to immediate and I sped up because I actually thought I was lasting too long and was being boring because I was ignorant about how things should be. What was different about that day versus all the other days? Was it the sun? No, I was out in the sun the other days enough to get pretty badly sunburnt. Was it because I ran up a hill a bunch of times for fun and to get lunches and water bottles and stuff? Maybe, but I tried the same thing and though it's great exercise it didn't help my PE. Then I recently stumbled across a forum post about high histamine and PE, and I thought, did I take an anti-histamine that day? And I think I might have so I decided to try it, with a Claritin 12. And it worked. Although keep in mind I also used a cock ring for the first time (I got it from walmart, it was called a "pleasure" ring) but it helped me not be limp, and I also took a cialis, though I normally take a cialis and it doesn't really help that much in terms of PE time, though it does help with erection usually of course. But 10 minutes of continuous motion is exceptionally good. The best I had before that was starting and stopping every 10-20 seconds but being able to go for 15 minutes of boring starting and stopping. But I didn't have to stop this time.

    Then I read about hystadelic and although it's not medically proven or recognized I fit most of the characteristics and I was super allergic as a kid so much so that I had to get pricked in my arm with a needle to inject me will allergens to build up my tolerance to it. That was awful getting pricked as a 6-7 year old with a grid of like 9 -12 blood drawing pokes that stung and have to deal with it and sit it out. So I think I'm hystadelic and that's why I have such sever lifelong PE. It's always been this way. Except when I took the Claritin. Anyways I read that hystamine is involved with triggering the orgasm (and sneezes of course) so it's worth a try anyway even if you're not a hystadelic because it might help anyway with suppressing it because it blocks hystamine.

    I read a PE book and learned about focusing on sensuousness instead of sexual ness and control my arousal level and all that, and that's helpful when I'm on the Claritin, but without it, it's like adding 3 more seconds on top of the 5 or boring my wife to death with one thrust and then stopping for 20 seconds and then doing it again.

    I have been so frustrated with people posting about PE and they give PE as 1 to 2 minutes, but just think how long that is compared to 5 seconds! And extra serotonin doubling your time only makes it 10 seconds! But thank you for the few that post the same problem that I have which is almost immediate so I know I'm not the only one.

    I look up PE and all I can see is "you're too excited" or you need some more serotonin but that's not true in my case it seems to be histamine so it's cheap and easy pick up some Claritin at walmart and give it a try it's at least worth a try right?

    I read so much it's just about being relaxed but nothing about histamine until yesterday Ifound a post with it and I'm so thankful for it so I'm just trying to spread the word about histamine.

    Apparently for some people tylenol works for them for a different chemical reason but I've never tried that.
