That's kind of what I did only I didn't just wait for the PONR to reverse kegels. I would hold a light reverse kegel at the start to get everything relaxed then I would play a sort of game where I would chase the PONR and when it would start to get close I would do a firmer reverse kegel to push it back and I would keep pushing the PONR back every time it got close until I couldn't push it back anymore and I'd have an amazing orgasm.
Chasing the PONR
When doing this the goal is only to reach the PONR once.
When edging counter ever spasm just before it occurs with a front reverse kegel.
If you don’t know your body well enough yet to tell when a spasm is about to occur then just counter them when they do occur.
You want to be always pushing the PONR back every time it starts to get near with front reverse kegels.
Eventually you won't be able to push it back anymore and then you have two options.
1. let yourself cum.
or
2. Kegel to stop yourself from cumming.
Again I don’t recommend cumming after every edging session. Let yourself go ever 3-7 days.
TIP - Get to know feeling of your PONR and involantry contrations so that you can counter them before they occur.

Before, I used to think edging with porn would be the best practice, but I learned otherwise. It is part of what gave me prem ejac and it is what kept me overly-stimulated and made me ejac almost instantly. If I try it now it still gets me in about 7-12 minutes, but I last in sex for about 35 min average.
Someone told me to always use lube because it feels wet like a vagina and I confirmed that on many sites and articles on the net. I tested itas I was training before I had sex again after a year of no sex and It was true cuz as soon as I used lube again it was way more stimulating and had to get used to that.

Many guys agree with you on porn . It ssems to have become a bigger issue with the net and porn availibility. Less of an issue back in the day.
Can't say I notice a difference with lube but many do and it is simple enough to test out how you react . So more stimulating more like a vagina in your view.
whar edging form do you use or reccommend jm?

If you have a bad case of prem ejac like i did, I believe you have to have to master the exercises and various techniques from the PEgym..... AND have constant sex with a helpful, patient woman.
You can have that kind of woman but if you don't have the PEGym tools, you won't go too far. And if you have the PEGYM tools without the constant patient progressive sex with a informed caring person, you won't go too far. The reason I say this is because I had it both ways. I had the patient girl but not the tools and it didn't work. Then I had mastered ALL the tools but as soon as I had sex again, I was still having prem ejac every time. Like reverse kegels.... it took time.
It took time to get used to her smile, body, hair, eyes, smell, breasts and vagina. I also had to slowly get used to her movements and many different arrousing positions.(she has some killer ones)
As soon as I started having sex with her, I was back to square 1, ejaculating in minutes, EVENTHOUGH I WAS ABLE TO EDGE FOR A FULL HOUR.
Actually as soon as we started having constant sex, I stopped all exercises and edging!!! It took me a good 6+ months(without exercises or edging) to get to where I am now. How did I do it?
By taking the bull by the horns! I decided to face the craziest positions head-on to get used to and immune to them! Week after week I started lasting longer and longer and te first PONR was getting further and further and now it doesnt come till like minute 25 or 30!!! I even watch porn now and masturbate dry and ejac in about 10 minutes almost every night and it does not affect my stamina at all. Not only have I slowly/proggreasively gotten used to the crazy positions, I attacked them also with hard/deep thrusting to get used to that too! What happens? Normal more relaxed sex and easier positions have become even easier!
We are now going to always start with doggy(which is te craziest for me) and slowly build that one up even more. I can't wait to see the results. I don't think she would go for anal but I bet you if we did, the tightness and arousal level would make regular vagina sex a piece of cake. Get my drift. I think that's where it's at. The most intense bouts in the ring with the right tools. Keep in mind, I never do breathing techniques or think of numbers in my head. I just enjoy it and let it be a part of me. You gotta live it fully. That's when the anxiety drops and you are happy, confident and ready for even better sex the next time.

I think others spanky for instance had a different experience . One problem we get is that if guys geta good result they tend to leave and so it is hard to gather data. I would like to hear drummer on this ,perhaps there is info on pre e success thread. My situation with DE took time to resolve but it was done with stray sex . Don't know how relevant that is though.
Anyone with personal experience can pm me.

I'd like to hear from him too. I learned a couple great things from drummer19 in the arousal and ballooning departments if I remember correctly.
He was getting places, but unfortunately I think his relationship ended so he didn't have much time to test more things. I wonder what his progress was.... He's really big on arousal control and strictly no porn at all, that's for sure.

My experience with fighters, is that some are imediately better in a bout than in the gym, some the same and some have a lot of work to do . I suspect sex is the same

I never had pre-e, but a reverse kegel routine with edging to go with my PE definitely made me more in control and last much longer than before. It seems a lot of new people find that when it comes to reverse kegels they will have to make it strong and hold it during sex to last longer, like it's extra work for them just to be like the guys that don't have pre-e. But that's not the case, getting your arousal levels under control then a good pelvic balance with a reverse kegel routine will make it so during sex your pelvic spasms will be so small or non existant without having to focus or hold a reverse kegel at all,.
Another plus is when you can hold a reverse kegel with ease it will be second nature to you and your body will do it on its own, and the more balanced your pelvic region the slower a PONR will come and when you feel it coming you can hold a reverse kegel to push it back.
Other benefits to a kegel/reverse kegel routine is learning DO and MMO also.(Though I haven't put enough effort into it to be successful, but I'm getting there.)
