You don't have to necessarily have a super tigjt grip. I think the key is to just balloon the most sensitive spot and just not to touch yourself lightly and sensually, especially with lube and while whatching porn(and sitting on a hard surface). I believe THAT's where the sensitivity and involuntary kegel spasms come from and get worse.
Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

^Thats what Im hoping as well. I am able to edge for quite a long time, only recently trying to concentrate on plateau, and/or staying in a pleasurable zone during the process. I can say that I have certainly been focused on ejac for most of my life, not "purposefully, or concsiously" but inevitably thinking that the goal was ejaculation, which became the physical goal. Although I havent established a kegel routine of regular or reverse too much, what I have begun, is trying to recognize arousal levels, which I dont really feel is my problem at present. I started with the stretching exercises as read on here, definitely helping with my flaccid hang and length, which is nice. But I have established that I can edge for long periods manually, but a with a fleshlight equivalent, I get pushed to PONR rather quickly and forcefully. I have determined that sensitivity is a major source of my issue at this time, after years of very rapid, dry manual masturbation, never with a super hard grip, but definitely centered around the frenulum. What I am currently doing, is edging with periods of death grip, started going commando to allow free movement and help to decrease sensitivity over the long run. I periodically "manhandle" the glans and frenulum throughout the day, also in an effort to decrease sensitivity. I am hoping to see some results with this plan.

Good ideas. Don't use lube. Also check if u have a sensitive spot on TOP of your head near penis hole. I found my spot there way after I was already getting cured. I feel nothing at the frenulum.

Well, I definitely feel it at the frenulum, but I am able to withstand some real vigorous manipulation of the glans in general , I dont really feel any distinct spots of super sensitivity anywhere in particular. One thing that I just kinda realized, is that I have never been "big" on blowjobs, and now that I sit and think about it a bit, have kind of avoided them as they ended up feeling uncomfortable, which I am now seeing as being too sensitive in that area. I know people are gonna try and caution against this plan, due to the possibility of DE, but if I can end up somewhere in between these two extremes, I will be the happiest man on the planet. I have numerous issues at play here however. One of my biggest problems currently, is that my wife has systematically removed "sex" from sexual encounters. All that is left is a couple of nipple pinches, 20 seconds of kissing, then application of lube and the expectation of a good hard pounding. Of course, this doesnt end well for either of us. From everything I have read on here, and researched, the psychological effects of PremE, are hard at work with me right now. And, after years of my obviously bad masturbation technique, I am completely trained to finish in record time. And the way we are having sex anymore, does nothing but continue to reinforce this behavior. I am absolutely starved for the smell and taste of a woman as my wife has removed that from our sex lives, have been for years now. My only outlet for this anymore, is dirty underwear, how sad is that????????? I dont know what I need to do for any of my situations, what a fucking mess this shit is.

There are many ways to please a women thatn just intercourse.
When u used to have premature ejaculation I always used to go down on her, and that was a must. I became expert on oral sex or I used to masturbate before sex.
I dont know what you doing to beat premature ejaculation. Whats your routine ? I want to help you. I beat premature ejaculation and I was in the same situation thatn you, the only difference is that my wife always support me, but I have to wait to see if she wanted to have sex.

People don't know and keep forgetting that the negative delayed ejaculation and EQ problems that can arise from over-doing the Death Grip IS REVERSIBLE. In other words, you can fix it back to how you were. I think Pegasus cured himself of DE by doing regular kegels and using lube and lighter touches. (Pretty much what causes prem emac and sensitivity in the first place)

Personally, and I have said it before, I don't understand all of this fuss that death grip causes all of these problems.
I believe the idea of this thread to be correct, light touches which focus on the sensitive spots including frenulum and base of glans train you to ejaculate quickly by inducing more involuntary kegels spasms. This is part of the story (but rarely the whole story). So to fix this, switch to a firm, full handed grip which stimulates the whole shaft. I have had success from this because it enabled me to edge better at first. Once you gain more control, you can start giving more stimulation to the sweet spots again.
The title of the thread I believe to be somewhat of a misnomer, and has lead to much confusion. I think that simply changing your grip to be firm is enough, it doesn't need to literally be a death grip. I mean, if you're using such a strong grip that its damaging the penis skin (thats the problem right?) and sensitivity then this is clearly wrong, it must be painful as well? Just make sure you're stimulating the whole shaft with a tightness that represents a vagina and you'll be fine. You don't need to squeeze the hell out of it, what kind of vagina would rip the skin off?
This is just yet another example of the classic wrong outlook of premature ejaculators. The problem isn't too much pleasure, the problem is being unable to control the pleasure because of your reaction to stimulation is messed up.

I think you guys miss understood what I try to say. Im not against the dead grip. Is the other way around thanks to James Monroe and the use of the dead grip is that I beat premature ejaculation.
I try everything before and now I understand that it wasn't that I was doing things bad. My problem was that I was using a light grip, so when I stared to use the dead grip is when I stared to last longer.
Honestly I dont believe on the plateau, and psychology stuff, or that you have to use serotonin.
I beat premature ejaculation by force and yes I was ripping my skin off, and sometimes I had to take rest days because my penis was bleeding. It looks that the use of lube and light touch made my skin very sensitive, but now i dont feel bad about my self I feel ok that I can last long time.

Is working good I been on along time with out premature ejaculation.
and that's why I jump on doing regular kegels.
now im edging for penis enlargement I found some good thread about it.
Dont take me wrong I just believe that everybody is different and everybody need to find the right solution, because for what I can see there is a solution for everyone.
