How does it improve yout edging or sex? How about ik?

@DickerSchwanz have you tried my frenulum destroying exersice and did you have any improvement with your ik lately? :)
I roll down my foreskin and keep my glans uncovered. Friction against clothing makes the skin thicken.
I've noticed that my iks are stronger when I use a tight grip, strong enough that my rk can't counteract them. Not sure if that is an issue.
I'm curious as to how this has worked out for people? For those that used death grip to beat PE, did it work or do you think it was something else? Did sex become less enjoyable because your penis was less sensitive? Once you reached a level you were happy with, did you stop with the death grip all together or are you on a maintenance routine?
I'm curious because I want to give this a go, but don't want to develop DE or have sex be any less pleasurable for me. I've been making slowwww progress with my PE but I'm getting to a point that I think edging and stretching can't take me past.
Can you ejaculate while going slow? like if your partner didn't want to be pounded for 2 minutes can you kegel to cum?
Also what routine did you use for results? I struggle to keep an erection for more than 5 minutes using dry death grip.
