    What do you guys consider the best way to edge to last longer?

    1- Edging using only the feeling?
    2- Edging using imagination?
    3- Edging watching porn?

    so what's the real benefit of edging? i actually get to the edge pretty fast and it doesn't seem to be making me get to the ponr any longer. i need to find something that is very good to lower sensitivity instead of just a stop/start technique. any suggestions?

    It sounds as though you could get more out of stop/start before you move onto kegel/rk edging . Arousal control is part of what stop/start should be teaching you.

    I think it indirectly help with gains, but you gotta do it like at the end of your normal workouts. It also help with control. so in a way, it does both, but it more for control i think.

    Also, FWIW I think it's a long road. I began an edging routine like 3 weeks ago and I think I set a world record last night. It was Bolt-like.

    Been edging now frequently for 1 1/2 months. What I found: I can get harder than before, but still have a damn hard time sustaining a 90%+ erection quality while at it; i'm constantly and fast reaching ponr, and once i get to my first ponr, then the others creep up very fast (which just a few strokes); i don't see to be delaying getting to ponr any longer than i'd before i began edging; head, foreskin edge and frenulum are super sensitive; and i'm still going overboard by accident often.
    How can I effectively desensitize the penis, in the sense of getting erect early on but reaching ponr later during sex/masturbation?
