    Hey everyone

    So I've been trying all sorts of things and maybe I haven't tried each one long enough but I haven't really got better. I started getting better with my fleshlight but the real deal still causes me to blow my load in the first couple of thrusts.

    I masturbated today with my hand (no lube but usually I use it). Anyway I noticed I normally get involuntary spasms when I pull down and my frenulum pulls down and then also when I go back up and my fingers go over my penis head.

    I just wondered what suggestions people have to get rid of these. I think relaxation of muscles as well as my mind is the key. I'm from now on making sure my bum is all relaxed and not tensed up and my penis doesn't go through any involuntary contractions.*

    I'm sure if I can keep everything calm down there I'll see some great improvements.

    I've been to the doctors before and had antidepressants prescribed to me and they did work but as soon as I came off them I was back to my normal 5 seconds of thrusting. I'm no doctor but I know antidepressants have something to do with Serotonin and I believe that they help muscles relax and your mind relax more. Obviously the main objective of antidepressant is to change someone's mood and I believe they do this by relaxing the mind and muscles.

    Anywaaaaaay what do you all reckon guys? I want to keep my whole body calm and relaxed and what do you reckon is the best thing for these contractions I'm getting?

    I do not have premature ejaculation anymore. I went from 2 thrusts to almost as long as I want. But I still have involuntary kegal spasms. As much as I read about these spasms causing premature ejaculation, it isn't these spasms causing it, it is an overpowering PC (kegal) muscle that causes it. If your pelvic floor is balanced and you till have pre-e it is time to learn how to relax and control your arousal.

    The main thing I did was learn how to stay relaxed! (My arousal techniques thread in my sig is exactly what I did to overcome Premature Ejaculation, however!)

      Good luck nibbles. I think mentally you want to relax, and physically you might want to try reverse kegels to counter those contractions.

          Thanks everyone.

          So i just watched porn without touching myself to try and figure out my arousal scale. I seemed to breath a bit faster and deeper and then i'd start getting a tingling sensation in my penis which i reckon is the blood flowing in because as soon as it tingles for a few seconds i'd start getting an erection.

          My erection wasn't that hard i'd say about 70-80% but i was at about 8 on the arousal scale. I couldn't seem to drop my arousal down at all whilst watching the porn. My erection remained at 70-80% the whole time.

            Also i had precum after the porn finished and my erection went down. Didn't touch myself at all

              Sorry about all the posts but i was exploring my body and noticed by penis head gets super sensative when erect. Could touching it slowly then increasing speed over time help with this? A bit like ballooning i suppose
