basically when I have been able to last really long, what I have noticed is that it feels like you are flexing the muscle below your abs. you cannot wait to flex these muscles until the ponr though you need to be flexing them when you are around a 4. this could be before you even penetrate if you feel you are above a 4 or your sensations go up really fast then start flexin that muscle
