As I do RKs, Ks should become more difficult?
I used to do kegels for a long period of time, well until I began a routine in accordance with reverse kegels. Now I do them evenly, and I find a tight 25 second kegel is very difficult, where-as before I could keep it tight for minutes.
I'm theorizing because the RK muscle is developing more, even un-flexed, it's opposing the K movement. So, my PC flexing isn't necessarily weaker, it just has more work to do, making them more difficult.
Please tell me this makes sense, and I'm not just becoming weaker.
