    Ok guys i wanted to start this thread up to clear up all the myths that we all hear about edging and try to get the best answers out there to help everyone else out. I've seen WAY too many edging threads about does it work? Does ejaculation after session ruin gains? So lets answer them all here:

    1. Does edging actually help cement gains?
    2. Does edging help with pre-mature ejaculation?
    3. Does ejaculating at the end of every session bad? decrease your gains?

    to my knowledge i'll answer them:

    1. my personal experience so far with edging with and without cumming does seem to help a bit but that's just me
    2. i feel that this exercise is great for premature cumming issues...basically training your body to do something else that it's used to
    3. this i do not have any information on since i've heard both sides of the story



    so all you edging experts out there chime in and lets resolve all the myths!!

    i find ejaculating after having a dozen or so dry orgasms is quite intense.

    Why is it that while edging my penis grows to a massive size (girth), but when I have a normal erection it is not as big? What can I do to make my penis that size whenever I get an erection?

    well from my short experience with it, you are engorging your penis to it's max blood level because you are either at or close to the PONR, which during sex your penis will do the same...i feel that over time, edging on top of your routine will get the most "stretch" for girth and help recover and build up to that point (if that made any sense).

    so long story short, edging after your entire workout gets more blood to your penis which not only helps healing but also stretches the tunica further than it's used to for over a period of time. i think there are many people on here that will say that edging is one of the better exercises to do for it's many benefits

    and i must say i'm looking forward to my edging session today to see how many dry orgasms i can have...that's one benefit from edging that everyone must experience!!

    Not to burst a bubble or something.
    But in my case Edging would has always interupted my recovery on my "OFF" days (rest days). Therefor, If I would consider bringing back edging into my routine, it would be on "ON" days. But I am a "less is more guy" and already have ejaculation controll due to my own slow kegels routine, So I do not think edging is really my game.

    Edging post PE may also lead to "Over training".

    well i only edge on my ON days now...and i'm currently doing 2on/2off...as for recovery time i completely agree with not doing it on off days since even masturbation and sex are considered a mild form of PE.
