    Hey! Before saying anything else, I'd like to thank you for all the effort you have been put into this forum. I hope you can help me too.


    I have never had problems in my sex life. I could last for how long I wanted, life was perfect. That was until having started to have intercourse with my new - and beautiful - girlfriend.
    I can't say exactly how long I can last but one thing I am sure - I cannot last as I used to.

    Although it's true that she turns me on like no one else ever did, once I penetrate her my pc muscles feel like a time bomb.
    The pressure down there is immense! I cannot call it involuntary keggels as I know what that is and this is quite different. This pressure starts on the second I start the penetration and movements and stops once I stop the movements (the muscles relax).

    I also realised that every time I masturbate (not rubbing slowly) - regardless of my arousal level / if I am watching porn or with eyes closed - my pc muscles contract without even me noticing.

    I am a 19 year old student. Physically I am very active (I hit the gym 3 times per week and ride bicycle everyday). I have NEVER had problems with my confidence and self-esteem. I have always been extremely successful and not being able to pleasure acordingly the girl I love is killing my nerves.

    Don't know if there's any threads on site dedicated to pelvic stretches but just use google and you'll find some.

    I have the very same issue. As soon as I start stimulating it all tenses down there. I cant call it a kegel, but it is noticeable because when I stop stimulating I can feel the muscle relaxing.

    I have being RKing for 3 months and and this still happens. But I just started to notice it a few weeks ago. Maybe it got less tense then used to be...
