    Ballooning is like edging with intense pressure building up from the stimulation. It's called ballooning because you balloon your penis up with blood. The techniques mentioned are ways to increase stimulation without blowing your load.

    So, I've been doing a routine for now a week. I do kegel/reverses kegels on a regular basis. Though, I was wondering if you ever take a day off with these? Because I didn't. On the other hand, I feel that my kegel are getting stronger, I am still not sure about RK since I don't really feel the blood going in my penis, but I guess I do them right.

    Also, been warming up, stretching, jelquing, and edging 2 days straight, 2 day off.
    Too soon to tell any difference with the size of my penis, and I won't know if my PE is getting better until I sleep with another woman.

    That being said, I have a question for you guys: When I was edging with lube and getting excited, I noticed today that I was doing a lot of involuntary kegel that I couldn't control, no matter how hard I tried to hold a reverse kegel. What should I do? Would ballooing help me with that? I didn't start that since I couldn't really find a clear example of what it really is.

    I did a variety of things but what worked best for me was 2 on 1 off. Check out my thread https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...tml#post389938 It shows my exact kegal routine for over a years time.
