    Hello everyone,

    First of, let me tell you that I am really new to all of this, so it's absolutely normal if I sound like a complete "beginner". I joined this forum mostly because I suffer from PE and wants to overcome the situation. So, I focused on reading on the PE section in search of a routine that could help me, but I also noticed that you can also do some kind of exercises to increase your size. I am 6,5 inch long when erect and comfortable with my size, but I thought about the fact that if I'm about to work on my "dong issues", I might as well try to increase his size as well! So my question is: Is it healthy to practice some kind of Penis enlargement exercise while working on PE or it's counterproductive?

    After reading multiples posts and guide, he's what I think I should focus on:

    As for the penis enlargement exercises, I was thinking of keeping it simple with warm up, basic stretching, jelq and warm down.
    What do you guys think about this "routine"? Should I do more or forget all of these exercise in order to focus on stopping PE.

    As for the PE routine, I've read the stickies and here's what I'll try to do:

    Stop watching porn. Start masturbating with my imagination (Edging). From what I understood, edging is basically masturbation for longer period, and only allowing yourself to cum 1/3 session. Am I correct? Question: Apparently, I need to focus on my breathing. But If I do focus on my breathing, I can't really focus on reverse kegel/stopping involuntary kegel at the same time. Advices?

    Start doing 30% kegels and 70% reverse kegels exercises. I understand the basic of kegelling, but I'm having hard time with reverse kegels. Apparently, it occurs when you "force" a pee or a fart. At first, I couldn't even do it while breathing. Now I'm not sure I got it right, but I can breath while doing some (hardly) but to me, it mostly look like "abs" flexing lesson.

    And finally, balloning. I heard it could help with PE, but I don't completely understand this exercise. Is there any video I could watch to be sure I am doing this right?

    I know it's a lot of questions for one posts, but I am feeling completely lost! Since English is not my primary language, I can have some trouble understanding some terms (i.e when trying to explain balloning).

    Anyways, any inputs or suggestions for my routine would be REALLY appreciated. I am planning on starting a journal to keep track of my progress once I truly understand these concepts.

    Just start out with a beginner's routine which you can find at the Beginner's Forums.
    Edging takes time and a different mind-set. Don't think of it as masturbation because it is not.
    It is a form of increased stimulation to improve stamina, erection level, and even combat p.e.
    It is not meant for ejaculation but just to the point of it (PONR) where with strong toned PC muscles
    you can hold it back and being again.

    Why can't you focus on your breathing while doing reverse kegels? Just do a reverse kegel on your IN breath and relax on your OUT breath. Reverse kegels don't need to be pushed hard.

    I am having hard time breathing because I am mostly flexing my abs when trying to do reverse kegels. Am I doing it right? And also, can anyone tell me if I should implement a PE routine with penis enlargement exercises or it's not recommended?

    And finally... Any video of balloning?

    When you say you're flexing your abs, do you mean you can feel them engage or are you straining them as if you're doing a sit up? Because you shouldn't strain yourself when doing reverse kegels.

    The abdominal wall is a big support for the muscles that do the bulk of the reverse kegel work. If your abs are weak, they will strengthen easily with the exercises you are doing. I think you are doing it right, the breathing will come with time. Maybe you are doing them too hard. Try focusing the force away from your abs by using your back and butt.

    Here something I wrote in reply to a question on another thread about reverse kegels.

    When I tell guys how to reverse kegels I tell them to try and keep their abs as relaxed as possible as well as any other muscles. The reason being is that the whole point in doing reverse kegels is to release the tension in your pelvic floor so if your tensing hard and straining just to do a reverse kegel which is meant to stretch and relax your pelvic floor well then the whole exercise kind of becomes counter productive.

    Just because you're keeping your abs as relaxed as possible when doing the exercise doesn't mean there not engaged and helping apply pressure while acting as stabilizer muscles.

    Let me explain what I mean. If I were to stand up my core muscles would engage keeping me upright, but I can still be relaxed while standing. Because obviously if those muscles were to completely relax I would just slump over.
    Your muscles are always holding some level of tension but that's different than your muscles being tense.

    So when I tell people not to tense up when doing reverse kegels that's what I mean.
    You can tense up when doing regular kegels that's fine there a different story.

    When doing reverse kegels if you want to apply more force you can also use your diaphragm to help you and when doing front or back reverse kegels you can use the natural tension held in the back of your pelvic floor to help push forward or the opposite if you're pushing back when doing isolated reverse kegels.

    Breathing's also important. For beginners doing reverse kegels it's easier for them at the start if they do the reverse kegel on there in breath and release on the out breath, but with time and practice you'll learn to hold a reverse kegel while breathing naturally.

    I don't see how I could possibly do any RK without flexing my abs. If I force a pee or try to fart, I HAVE to flex them. However, I'll focus on breathing and flexing as little as possible.

    And can anyone tell me if it's okay to miss penis enlargement exercises with PE exercises? So far, I think I'll do: Warm up, stretching, dry jelqing, warm down. And in at another time during my day, edging with my imagination (without cumming 2 days out of 3), ballooning (If I find a video that can truly show me how to do them) and finally, K and RK (doing 30 reps holding them 2-3 seconds, and 70 reverse reps while focusing on breathing).

    Does it look like a good and healthy routine? Let's hear your opinion! And if anyone can explain ballooning a bit more! If I understood correctly, it's rubbing the gland of your penis in a circular motion, just a bit higher than your "pee hole"? For someone who isn't circum... Do you rub on the foreskin or under? If under, I guess that lube is mandatory..

    Penis Enlargement excersises will not be counter productive for Pre-E. I did PE for about 6months while also overcoming Pre-E by following the "Arousal Techniques" sticky.

    Cumming 1/3 times in edging is only a rule of thumb. You don't have to do it, although for reasons I cannot remember it is important to do so. Also, edging to a degree also enlarges your penis overtime.

    30kegal/ 70reverse kegal sounds great. I always felt my abs flexing when doing a reverse kegal. Some people can completely isolate the reverse kegal without using the abs but I don't think it is absolutely necessary to overcome Pre-E. Your focus for the time being needs to be to balance your pelvic floor. I also never focused on kegal/reverse kegals during edging. I only focused on breathing. What you need to focus on depends on if your Pre-E is physical or mental. But by balancing your pelvic floor you will see if your Pre-E is solved by the physical way.

    I am impressed by the amount and quality of your replies, guys. Thank you Drummer for these clarifications. I am pretty sure that my problem is mostly mental, since I didn't have PE problem with every girl I slept with. I was really into my ex-girlfriend (when we were together) so I could only have sex for a short amount of time, but I could go for longer if it was just a random one night stand. And my worst performance was the last time I "had sex". It was with a girl who I had a crush on for years. She is basically the only girl that I truly loved and I could see myself marrying that girl (and she's really hot). I don't know if it was caused by hours of foreplay (sexual buildup), but I came after only a few seconds!

    So yeah, I do think that my problem is mostly mental, and since I was masturbating a lot while watching porn, I don't think that was helpful. Which is why I try to follow up "Arousal techniques" thread and quit all porn and start edging with my imagination. I tried it out for the first time yesterday, and did it for 15 minutes but had to stop because I was getting soft. Not even once I felt like coming CLOSE to the PONR. Is this normal? Also, how many days a week should I do these exercises? I was thinking of 2-3 days in, 1 day off. And last but not least, can anyone answer my question about ballooning?
