    hey guys im sad

    I have been doing rk's and kegals for about a mont now and am not seeing a time difference?

    I cant hold a kegal for anymore than a second mostly just quick pulses, and i find it extremely hard to rk during edging unless i completly stop even though i can hold a rk for as long as i want.

    I feel as if my rk mostly focuses on the rear pc muscles near my anus. Is this normal? When did you guys start seeing improvment in your sex life after starting excersises?

    What is your out of sex k/rk routine?
    Your reverse kegel seems to be back reverse,most beginers start with dual rk and develop ability to isolate both .

    Look at my thread. I had PreE for many many years. Finally after lot of struggle and patience I am glad I am out of the problem. I have better control on myself, I can last as long as I want. It take control over mind, psychic, emotions, and body/PC/BC muscles. Take time, keep working!

    really i do my k every time i can, i really need to work on my rk especially pointing out where exactly i need to be flexing. i cant really pinpoint a front rk. i have read the rk articles and still am very confused on how to do it since this muscle is super week. The best time i can feel my front muscle is when im peeing i just hold that for a little bit after i am finished urinating

    I am experiencing the same difficulty nextstep! I find it incredibly difficult to locate and isolate the front component of the reverse kegel. Lying on my side with my knees pulled slightly towards my chest allows me to "anal breath" and i certainly feel more comfortable attempting RK after those sessions and i certainly feel my anus expand when RK, but i feel nothing in the front component of my pelvic muscles

    For me this lack of isolation also gives me difficulty when initiating urination. I suffer from a bashful bladder which means unless my bladder is full and expanded i have difficulty initiating a stream. When my bladder is full everything works like a well oiled machine, even in public restrooms. However at 3/4 tank or less i cannot (or rather i have a lot of difficulty) initiating peeing. I feel like this has developed over the years from an insecurity that lead to me withholding pee until i was home and as a consequence have very poor control over the front pelvic muscles.

    I believe the two are linked and i would love to fix both. I feel as though if i could just get started with these front RK or in fact a "whole" RK i would be on the way to a cure.

    I hope we can both find the answers nextstep.

    when pee'ing all I have found the front and have started becoming a little bit familiar with it now i just need to practice locating it on my own and start the work outs.
