I can't remember the last time I was relaxed while masturbating. I can understand why my muscles would be involved when I having sex because of the thrusting motion but when masturbating the only thing that should be moving is my hand. So why the need for muscle clenching I don't know. All I know is that when I concentrate on relaxing, my eq seems to go down, i don't know why but if I clench for too long or do it for multiple days, then my eq falls too. I am going to try this rocking motion but the more noticable time of clenching is when I'm standing. This is when i really feel my muscles work because of a solid stance.

Pegasus, I'm probably a tense type of person. I do have anxiety in my life now but I do feel like I hold it in my pelvic area a lot. This is not a recent thing though. I remember asking a work colleague about 10 years ago whether she clenched her butt cheeks when she was standing. I only asked her because I noticed that when i paid attention to my butt that I was subconciously clenching it. My eq was fine back then. Is exercise a bad thing for it also? I know you do or at least have lifted weights, do you think exercises like squats and leg presses are bad for tense pelvic muscles due to building muscle there?

Precisely! The air (energy) follows where you put your attention. With practice you should be able to feel it move up into your head on the inhale and you can breath it out down the front of your body back to the pelvic area (at that point you may find that you are indeed doing a reverse kegel without even thinking about it).
Essentially, you are moving the sexual energy up and down your body rather than just keeping it focused in your penis. If you make a gutteral sound while on the exhale then you are moving into a KSMO Technique (Key Sound Multiple Orgasm). If you find it interresting you can Google it and find a forum discussion devoted solely to this practice. The idea here is to experience multiple orgasms without even going to the PONR, however, they will be more intense when you can move close to the PONR and just ride the wave without going over the top.

This may also help you moving the tensness out of your pelvic area because it is a clench and relax exercise.

Imac, I began this a couple days ago, and I have found it very relaxing during just meditating on my back, as well during masturbation. Of course it's only been three days and I don't expect much progress to be made in the bedroom with it yet, but I am confident this could be the final frontier in curing my prem ej for good. I've gotten killer EQ back, I have an understanding wife, and now I just need to relieve stress and combat arousal levels.

Bump this up. With eliminating stress and meditating (day dreaming) or letting your mind wander has helped me tremendously.

I'm interested to here from any guys who have being trying this technique for a while or any guys who are willing to try it and give me feedback as to whether it has any affect on your mental arousal during sex by reducing stress and anxiety and generally being more relaxed.
