    Hey imac, I just do not understand how to do the reverse kegel hold for longer amounts of time. I seem to only be able to do it when I am breathing in and not out so it is impossible to hold for that long on the breath in only. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

    there is a problem if im doing it while edging (doing the method for 25-35 minuts) ?
    Because today i started to feel some wierd pain

    Practice.
    Start with less reps and time , increase gradually sessions after sessions. What was the schedule? (one on one off etc..)

    Yes. They push out the muscles which responsible for peeing, pooing, farting, kegels pull or clench which hold them back.
