Hey imac, I just do not understand how to do the reverse kegel hold for longer amounts of time. I seem to only be able to do it when I am breathing in and not out so it is impossible to hold for that long on the breath in only. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

there is a problem if im doing it while edging (doing the method for 25-35 minuts) ?
