Yes, PMO is porn/masturbation/orgasm. Porn addicts who developed ED frequently go through at least 90 days of No PMO to start seeing improvements, like the return of morning wood, being able to get it up with a women (instead of only to porn), etc. I've never heard that this may remedy Pre-E though.
So, training through edging and/or using a fleshlight have not worked for you? I'm curious because I suffer from Pre-E and have just started trying RK/edging/fleshlight.

I did edging for well over a year and I did see results. I went from 2 thrusts to about 5min average. Although the sex wasn't that great because I had to go pretty slow. But you know what it was a major improvement! I could actually keep it in a little while. After PMO I went from that to perfect stamina at any speed I want.
I never tried the Fleshlight. I almost bought one at one point but never did. I am glad I didn't though.Arousal Techniques-Techniques to overcome Pre-E.

I also started using a firmer grip a while ago, not a death grip though, just firmer because all my life I have masturbated with a light grip.
I have also started ballooning my more sensitive spots (glans, frenulum, foreskin).
And these two last but definetely not least:
Neuro-linguistic programmin, which Byggd mentions in his program, I find this one very vital. Positive thinking!

I'll be the case 1), since I belive I have unbalanced pelvic floor atm (working on a 100% rk routine right now), and I'm willing to give this a shot. I got some questions though, wouldn't it be worse in terms of stamina when you take a long break and then masturbate (I've read people on another forum going on a no fap trend, and they claim that they ejaculate quickly when they have sex or masturbate again). What would it be a prudent time for better results (in yout opiniion) to masturbate from each sessions? You're saying maybe 2 per week, but honestly I don't think that's a low number. Would it be better for the sakes of the experiment once a week or something higher like once per 2 weeks (or even higher)?

It is and can be a factor, especially if it is a hard chair without a cusion. The weight of your body puts pressure on the prostate and induces ejaculation faster. If you do that often for many years your body and system gets used to it, equating to prem ejac, espaciay if you do regular kegels at the same time.
