    During the 5 months I did this, I would masturbate about once a week, however, there were times where I wouldn't masturbate for over 2 weeks. I can only speak for myself when I say this works, but I want to change that. That's why I need to see if it works for someone with your case. If you can you are more than welcome to only ejaculate once every two weeks. Don't worry about "you have to ejaculate to stay healthy", chances are you will have wet dreams and that will release your load. Wet dreams are freaking awesome by the way, and when I did this I got my first 10 wet dreams! hahaha

    I was just wondering for the sakes of the project. To be honest, I think I would struggle to do it only once every two weeks, I'll keep it with once a week and maybe I'll go 2 later. Whenever I edge, I ejaculate, not because I think it's bad for health or anything, but because I cant control myself (hehe), so it will go in hand.

    Another question that I have is that, when edging, should I let myself go If the PONR comes, or should I do start-stop technique or something? Should I aim for a goal time as well? I know you said that the motion should be slow in contrast of what we used to do, which was fast, but you didn't mention time.

    So far, this week I've tried to lower getting my arousal up and haven't edged since last sunday, so I guess it is first week for me. This far, I've felt that I'm not getting too much over arousal from girls at university (if I saw a girl who has hot my arousal would go up instantly and I'd get a boner), but I'm kinda afraid that I could develop ED in the long run (could that be possible out of this? are your erections 1level good?)

    It is up to you. I would ejaculate every time or every other. Just the fact that you can't control yourself you may want to not ejaculate but the main thing here is to not stress about your decision. Aim for 20min if you can.

    Just like I said earlier in the thread, I did feel like I had a hard time getting it up when edging during the months I did this, but whenever I had sex for the first time, and every time after, I had great EQ!

    Well, I had my first edging session. At first my EQ wasn't that great, it was at like 5.5-6. My arousal was also a little bit up between the first 5 minutes. My EQ got to like 8 at around min 8-9. Edged for 20 mins+, although at some times I will do it for 15 mins because I don't have enogh time for it (live with parents). Kept a slow motion the whole time, a firm grip (not suicide) and was focusing on breathing and didn't used mind stimuli. Only reached the PONR when I ejaculated.

    Another question drummer, in order to ejaculate, I had to use a faster motion and mind stimuli. Do you think this will interfere with something? I'd also prefer to ejaculate in every session because as I said, I live with my parents and having wet dreams isn't funny at all.

    So far I'm liking what I am seeing, specially the part that I don't get instant boners with hot girls at university. Let's see how this keeps going, I have a good feeling about this

    That sounds extremely close to how my edging sessions went during this. Your faster motion to bring your EQ up was also a technique I had to use sometimes. Its fine.

    Do you think once this is over you will get to having steady sex?

    Ok then, I'll keep it like that. One session per week with ejaculation.

    And yes, of course I think and hope this will help me to last longer. I worked some months ago in my pelvic floor balance only, and out of 3 or 4 sex encounters, only one went well (lasted around 10 mins, the other ones less than 2), and that day I had a few beers so that should have helped too. And across that time, I could edge forever if I wanted to, I even had to hold a strong kegel for some time in order to ejaculate and reach the PONR. So yeah, I think this will be the solution and the theory that you say behind it makes sense.

    Right so say a newbie started doing this where would he start?

    Would he masturbate once a week with ejaculation and then on other days do arousal techniques/kegels? and if so what arousal techniques would they be?

    And when you do edge that once what method would he be using? Would he go to arousal level 9/10 and stop completely then carry on when he feels ready or what it be more of a level 6/10 and do a reverse kegel to keep arousal down? Would a fleshlight be good to use on masturbation days or not?

    Also I get over aroused when i see pictures of hot woman etc. how would i combat this? Surely not looking at them wouldn't do me any good because as soon as i look at them again my brain will remember how i react and shoot my arousal up again? Wouldn't i have to look at them whilst trying some relaxation/arousal techniques?

    Just trying to put it all together but sounds good so far

    I feel i got my premature ejaculation by over stimulating my mind to porn and rushing to ejaculation. If i masturbate without stimulation i could go for around 2 minutes without feeling the need to ejaculation but if i see a hot picture of a woman on the internet then masturbate i reach the PONR in seconds because my arousal has already shot up. I'm trying to find a cure and at the moment I'm doing reverse kegels only alongside edging for 30 minutes a couple of times a week. I don't watch porn and i'm trying to stay away from hot pictures of women :P Any ideas would be great I've been to the doctors and was given SSRI's which did work and i was going for 10 minutes + but i don't want to rely on pills

    Great Questions! Some of these will be added to the OP eventually.

    This program isn't meant for a noobie... at least I don't think it is. It is meant as the final step of the arousal program. However, I am trying to get a few noobies to do this just to see if this works without having to do the arousal techniques. As outlined in the OP there would be no techniques accompanied with this program. This is temporary until I know what effects this has on the pilot group.

    I last as long as I want in bed, however, porn still makes me ejaculate insanely fast. Porn cannot give you an indicator on your stamina in bed. For some reason it doesn't work that way.

    I never used a fleshlight so I do not know the effects from using it, however I read often that the STU leads your stamina nowhere. I would say not to use it, at least during this program.

    The kind of edging to do would be to keep your erection around 6-8, hard enough to feel good and jerk off and able to bend, even if only a little bit. Then if you get close to the PONR back off or RK.

    The idea behind the AOA is that too much edging and techniques that bring your arousal up won't allow your overall arousal to go down, and that a break (4 months) from EVERYTHING arousal based will bring down your AOA, allowing you to last longer in bed. Nibbles, you have been around these forums for a while. It seems to me that because of the amount of effort, thoughts, and energy you put into doing kegals, techniques like edging and balooning, your body is constantly being aroused (Leaving your AOA very high, and not allowing your AOA to decrease.) Your body and mind has NEVER had a break in all of these months of training. The theory, and point of the AOA is the break that will finish the process of lowering your arousal. I could add you to the pilot group that is currently testing this out. So if you are interested in doing this, please refrain from doing any other outside techniques and let me know if you are interested.
