    After doing this for nearly 2 weeks, I feel I already have some findings to report:

    I haven't masturbated/edged or anything at all since I started. One thing I did notice was that whenever I even would think hard about a sexual situation or arousing thoughts, I would 9/10 get an erection and occasionally pre cum. But since I started this program I haven't been being able to get that aroused as fast I was before, and I essentially have to now try quite hard to mentally arouse myself, where as before it was fairly easy in comparison, and haven't seen any precum.

    I went to the movies with an ex last friday and I had a small amount of precum just from holding hands/talking, which I would usually have A LOT more of, and in the past the same circumstance would have made me much more aroused in general. I am unsure if I will edge soon or I may just try not to at all at any poiint during the program.

    I feel drummer is really onto something with this AOA theory. Since I've started, I feel I have so much more pelvic floor tension, almost as if my body is telling me I need to ejaculate to get rid of the tension, and for years essentially I would give into this (while watching porn). It is almost like me doing this program is putting my pelvic floor muscles are going into withdrawl; like I need to ejaculate.

    And for this exact reason, I think the AOA is a defineite breakthrough thus far, for me. My real issue was my entire arousal scale due to bad masturbation habits was sped up 5 times what it should be; and this isn't only the masturbation/sex side of the arousal scale, but everything. I would get aroused and precum just from holding hands/cuddling/kissing, because my body is just telling me "arousal = ejaculation", with no in between.

    So in conclusion, I feel that me fighting the urge to always want to be aroused/ejaculate will hopefully slow the process down, which so far it has.

    Kind of funny how I posted that and then decided to ejaculate shortly after lol

    However, from now I will refrain from any stimulation or arousal as I have proved to myself that this has shown some signs of a positive trend.

    Something important to remember. Even though you are refraining from arousal in general, if you mess up or do something you didn't plan on, don't get mad, stressed, or upset. Those days are behind you and you must continue to think positively.

    I'm feeling positive about this. If you don't masturbate much or not at all for 4 months you could technically reset everything. Think when you was a kid and you learnt the bad masturbation habits that caused your PE in the first place, by not doing anything (or hardly anything) for a good while your body could potentially calm down and you could start over. Saying that i feel as if old habits may not be forgotten just like for example the way no matter how long you don't ride a bike it comes back to you straight away

    I didn't start lasting longer until I stopped all masturbation, edging and exercises. I was just having real sex and trying to get used to that.
