    Understand that this theory is the final portion of the arousal techniques thread. The reason for you trying this out is to see what works better: Doing the arousal techniques program then the AOA reduction, or just skipping into AOA. You are going to be taking the path to skip into the AOA, unless you have already done some sort of arousal training before..

    lasted around 3 months, not much, no sex. but the effect i felt of lowered arousal was big. I haven't done any arousal techniques though i do know them, my arousal control is somewhat bad, I'm easily stimulated, i.e: even with hugs i've gotten erections, friendly hugs.. what a shame.
    The weekly log, where do I keep it, should I create a post?

    Be happy u get erections easily. It's worse not to be able to get it up. You might be a strong candidate for my "sex right away, directly after cumming" technique. It makes you last long and pump fast and hard like porn star. Try it one day. You will be surprised. I thought I had a 10 min refractory period. NOT TRUE!

    yes indeed I'm a young 18 years old man with tons of energy, the second and third ride are mounstruous for me, but I want my first to be like that, it's a pain in the ass changing condoms, plus turns the woman a little bit off. second and third rides for young people (generally) is what we aspire to have sex like the first time.

    Do all kinds of things guys.... find your own path too, but also listen to what we say cuz it has worked.
    For me personally it was very bars training with reverse kegels, no porn, edging/ballooning combo, jelqing, lube, no lube, Death grip and slowly getting used to the most intense sexual positions during real constant sex with a patient, caring sex partner. Infact, I still had prem ejac even after all the pegym exercises and techniques. It wasn't till I practiced with real sex when I found the total cure and my axiety went way down and my confidence went way up. BUT, the pegym techniques did work.... They are helpful and fundamental. It is your backbone. Good luck.
    I think my problem is hypersensitivity. right under my head is so sensitive (circumcised since birth) and touching there makes me kegel when i dont want to. Il check out your death grip thread because whenever i am jerking off and use a tight grip around my head, i kegel so much and its hard to stop. Even if i am relaxed and reverse kegel.

    I dont post much here but i read a lot. I control my breathing most of the time which helps some. however i feel like my main issue is just over sensitivity. its been like that forever.

    any other ideas?

    well I'm no professional but I do read a lot about the subject, Slow breathing and slow heartbeat keep you in Parasympathic state, so breathing slow and keeping calm will avoid you to get to cum (that's sympathic state). nevertheless u keep calm the stimulation in your head will make you cum eventually, you should be able to resist stimulation like you can practice to lower the pain, It's about rewiring the sensitivity of the nervous terminals in your penis head. thing that should help are making your masturbation session "MUCH" more longer than the usual, so it gets used to be under stimulation without getting out of control, I dont know how edging works, but many people claim it does, so it should help, and definitly will help to make your session longer.

    For what I know, balloing is desgined to make your head more resistant to stimulation..

    I'm circumsized too but that spot is not that sensitive at all! My spot is right on their middle/top of my head. I suggest you stroke and run your penis your most sensitive spots and try to slowly get used to it. Time yourself and go 30sec-1min more each time.

    I'm about a week into this. I have been porn free for some time now though (maybe about two months), but I have been frequently been looking at arousing material (pictures of nude women etc), which I have now eliminated from my life.

    I can already see my arousal dropping.
    I only edged once during this week, didn't even feel like doing it more.

    No urges to watch porn, some urges to watch pictures though, but I'm positive that will fade over time.

    I feel the same way lately. however, will arousal go crazy high when a sexual encounter begins since one would not be use to it and overwhelmed?
