    :0 This might be perfect for my case of PE! I'm definitely going to try this. But in regard to what Minuteman was saying about "Low Balanced" pelvic floors: if I initially started masturbating years ago and took a while to go, and I was so impatient that I rushed ejaculation to the point that I could go in under 30 seconds, does this mean that I accidently strengthened my PC muscle to the point of involuntary kegels? And if that is the case, would stopping the act all together for a few months most likely balance my pelvic floor and return me back to the point I was at before I ever started masturbating? I know my arousal control is shitty, and I'm hoping this will help that out, but if it does that and balance my pelvic floor, it's a win win, and should fix my PE all together, right? And is there a chance it's just my pelvic floor that's the problem?

    Yeah I am trying it out. I also do reverse kegals and practice breathing. I also edge to try and desensitize my sensitive spots. I don't really watch porn but if I do I just watch and don't touch. I have felt my arousal lessen a bit through the day.

    I'll go one month without edging, my arousal has been really high lately (I cant watch any semi good looking girl on the streets without having dirty thoughts and a boner). Will see how this evolves.

    You did accidentally strengthen your PC muscle. However, naturally bringing your pelvic floor by not masturbating may work over the course of many years, and that means no masturbating so that you rarely use your PC. The much simpler way would be to do a kegal/ reverse kegal program with a emphasis on reverse kegal to balance your pelvic floor in less than 6 months.

    You can do a few things from this point. First and foremost, start balancing your pelvic floor. Like you said, there is always a chance that the imbalanced pelvic floor is the only problem.

    Since you know little about your arousal I would recommend you start the arousal techniques program, and begin to learn about your arousal so that you can learn how to counter it.

    If you would like to start the AOA program, it is only in its experimental phase right now so there can be no guarantee of its results, however if you choose to go this route you need to be strict with it.

    Let me know what you decide to do so I can better help you.

    I can now edge vigorously with lube for extended periods most days, and not reach the PONR. My pelvic floor feels much better balanced. But the last 2 times I had sex were very poor, due to what I can see is over arousal and anxiety. I'll give edging a miss for a week or 2 and try not to think about sex! Although I will take the option of sex if it arises.

    What you've done well is battled physical arousal. Sex with a real woman contains tons of psychological arousal. May I ask when you jerk off do you use porn or not? That has helped me learn meditation techniques to battle in-bed arousal.

    Two weekes into this program:

    Pretty much going the same as the first week, at least I haven't noticed changes in my arousal one way or another.
    Today I got the urge to watch porn for the first time in months, I didn't watch though, and fighting the urge off wasn't all that difficult.

    In these two weeks I have noticed I don't really get the urge to watch arousing pic/porn, but rather go outside and check out chicks. Not the best time of the year to do that but anyways, I tend to pay more attentio to faces and hairstyles more than I used to.
    I generally don't get the feeling ''I wanna bang that one!'' when I see a hot girl when I'm walking around, or in the subway or whatever, I only get that feeling sometimes now, but not nearly as often.

    A week or two without edging isn't what the AOA is about. It is about an extended period of time in which you lessen or eliminate your arousal. Two weeks of anything will accomplish nothing.
