I just started doing the reverse kegl and the stop start method, i assume it is called edging?
I am not sure if i have over done it, but the pelvic floor muscle feel like a bit sore or cramp... maybe i have over done it....What i was doing was using lubricated condom to masturbate and porn, and stop and reverse kegel when i was at the point of no return..... and i did it for around 45 mins in total, and i didnt ejaculate in the end.... am i doing it for too long or do i suppose to release at the end?

If this is a lot longer than you are used to ,you may need to work up to it. You can ejaculate if you wish to. Many guys advise going easy on the porn.

How often a week are you doing this? Like pegasus says you could just be working your pelvic floor beyond it's conditioned level.

At a certain point it stops being fun and becomes stressful if you're too worried about the clock...especially during masturbation. Making something which should be fun stressful is not a good way to reduce stress which can also be a huge factor in premature ejaculation.

Yer i found out the reason in the end...... i kind of had blue balls hahaha, the pressure built up in the balls hurt...... so i let one out and it was all fine afterwards, and i practice every other day, and i think i over done it a few days ago too, i had no idea how long i supposed to do the stop start thing... and i did it for nearly 4 hours in total...... after about an hour... it was just no sensation lol and went on forever.... think that over done it a bit
