When i use my hands while edging i can easily last up to 20 Minutes but when i insert penis into STU hardly i last for 1 minute and problem is i m near to getting married how to cure sex upto 10 to 20 minutes. Edging will help ? I have seen balloning but i m unable to locate my magic spot any help will be appreciate. Thanks.

I also have an STU fleshlight, and experienced the same thing when I first started to use it. The time you can last, compared to using your hand, is way smaller..
The difference between your hand and the fleshlight, is the how tight it is. I doubt your hand is as tight as the fleshlight, and if your not familiar with using lube, it will blow your mind! And make you cum fast..
My advise is to stick to your fleshlight. Your will eventual get more and more use to it, and last for longer and longer. Try to edge for min. 20 min. every time, and only ejaculate every 3. time. That will help telling your mind and body, to accept that stimulation is not always equal ejaculation. And if you combine it with a well balanced kegel / reversed kegel workout to build up strength, and start to focus on your breath and stay calm, I believe you will add some minutes to your time.
AND... accept that this is something that takes time. It's a slow process, and not a problem that you will overcome in a week, or a month. If you expect changes quick, you will only get disappointed, and that's not gonna help you stick to your training. I know that... So stay positive, and stick to it!!

I have the stu but the longest i have ever used it is around 6 minutes with a non-lube condom and the stimulation is intense. Im just afraid that STU could make my pe worse. Thats y i havent been using it alot

Stick with it. I have been using mine about twice a week for two months and just recently I am lasting longer and longer, even with the use of porn. You definitely need to pace yourself at the beginning, but once you get into a good rhythm it'll get easier. When I know I get past the first intense sensations I actually begin counting strokes to help my mind wander.
When I first got it I lasted maybe 1 minute, this week I've done 30+ and 15.

Just look at. When we were young or whenever we started masterbating we would try to finish as fast as possible. This lead to training to our bodys to ejaculate fast when trying to have actually sex. Me like everyone else didnt knew this would happen but its a big mistake that lead to our problem--PE. So with the STU, since it stimulates you a very fast rate , im afraid that it will train our bodies to ejaculate fast. The community has determined that the majority of Pre-E cases found here are physical, mental, or somewhere in between. Technically the STU unit doesn't cover either. The STU can't balance your pelvic floor, the major cause of the physical Pre-E. The STU does teach you how to handle an intense feeling, but it seems to just act as an intense form of edging, and there are many many people who can edge forever but still have Pre-E during sex. The STU doesn't seem to combat over-arousal.
I have a feeling that the STU unit would work on someone who's stamina is short naturally, who doesn't have Pre-E because of masturbating quickly to porn or quickly in general. This person could last a min or two in bed and is just short of the natural sexual experience needed to last longer. This person would have an extremely mild case of Pre-E, because he didn't acquire Pre-E like most of us here (masturbating quickly). He may just be over-excited or stressed, but he wouldn't have a deep-rooted physical/ mental issue. I got FL STU in beginning of September and would last maybe 1-2 minutes with it. The urge to kegel was insane. Eventually I learn to fight the urge to kegel and my time improved to maybe 4-5 minutes before I felt the urge to cum. I practiced thrusting into it. I will say without a doubt my thrusting into my wife stamina increased. We seriously went like 6 months without me on top because I would finish in 10-20 seconds. I would start, need to take an immediate break...during which I would cum. Now while on top I can last around 5 minutes pacing myself and I've gone as long as 10.
I will note; however, it wasn't until I began a meditative RK workout routine did I see massive improvement with the FL STU. (my wife had had her period and now has been sick so we haven't had sex in like 2.5 weeks so I don't know how the meditation has worked in real-life situations), but the relaxed RK method has worked brilliantly.
Finally, my last point is the STU is so much more fun to jerk/edge with than your hand it's worth the $60. Even if you don't improve your stamina your orgasms while you jerk off will knock you out unlike before.
EDIT: Also worth noting is my wife is on an anti-biotic, and she said it affects her BC pill so next time we have sex we'll use a condom, so I won't be able to count that towards prem ej.

I believe it's different, and don't think it's making you cum faster. I think we are habit people..
As you said, we got our PE problem, by masturbating fast, flexing our kegel and over a long time. Our body's learned to cum fast, with the smallest amount of "touch", to get to the goal in the end. We developed an habit, and now we can't stop it again, because it's on autopilot. Touch your penis, and spasms occure!
My believe is, doing the opposite for an amount of time, will teach your body different. If you stop masturbating fast, dry and with a loose hand, and instead going slow with a tight wet close-to-the-real-thing vagina, it will get more and more normal, and "not a big deal". If you also work on balancing your pelvic floor, focus on arousal techniques and the use of reversed kegels, you will eventual teach your body different, than what it knows now, and the new habits will start to form.
Strengh, technique and new habits. That's what I think work.. And a lot of sex!!
Like JamesMonroe have said a lot of times, having alot of sex, makes you better at it. And that's my oppinion of the STU. If you do it enough times, it will become more of a normal thing, and not that special and rare, like it is for many right now.
