    I agree yoga is not a waste of time. It extended the time needed for me to reach PONR twice. Of course yoga will not solve all the probles, some are no caused by tensed pelvic floor.

    Arkham, even though the approach we (pegym) are giving to yoga is related to pelvic floor tension, many yoga experts claim the benefits without mentioning pelvic floor.

    They say it will reduce anxiety, which is the psychological side of PreE. So Yoga is under no way a waste of time.

    Positions 6, 7 and 8 are awesome!

    7 and 8 particularly are interesting, since there are two forms of doing each one of them.


    They are helping me with one issue: movements that leads to PONR. Sometimes I am edging and make some movements that suddenly bring orgasm sensations. Somehow Yoga makes it better. I had taken some days off and it helped in the last two days.

    Can you recommed a pose/routine for a beginner to get started on?

    Just do some of them, find the ones that help u better with bc/pc stretching.

    Thanks for this thread. I think (hope) my issue is related to overly tense pelvic floor muscles and also those muscles that are in the general abdominal and hip area. I have a bad history of hip issues, dating back to exactly 20 years, since I was 17. Add this problem to bad habits formed over the years and I think I might have found a very important piece of my PE issue puzzle.

    I am going to introduce some of these stretches into my daily routine. I just don't see how they can't help.

    I'm not sure how anyone is capable of doing the belly roll or rocky motion they describe in this one . Ha ha
    I think I need lots of practice on this one!
