Internal Stretch - Penis Exercise for Size and Hardness

Do you guys think this exercise helps stretching the pelvic floor muscles and therefore it works like a tool to fight Pre-e? Just like reverse kegel, but maybe it provides an even more intense stretching to those muscles. What do you guys have to say about this?

kegels are flexing actual muscle, stretches may aid in the same way stretching your legs before running does, but it will not replace what kegles do and will help with length gains. Basically no, but it wont hurt either.
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I dont agree, BigO. As you say, stretches aid in the same way you do before running does... And why you do it? To prevent lesions. But why does it work? Cause your muscle turns out to be less tensed, more relaxed. If you keep stretching, day by day, pushing you muscles as much as u can, you will eventually end up with a very relaxed muscle. You will hardly have muscular distentions. That does not mean your muscle gets weaker... Maybe it just gets more flexible, the range of its force turns out to be wider.

My theory is that Pelvic Floor Stretches works in the very same way. If you can develop a relaxed PC and BC muscle, you will eventually enlarge your lasting time - since ejaculation is directly related to muscle tension.

Thats why I am so focused on Pelvic Floor Stretching. Those have been my two approaches to it:

      1) https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...r-muscles.html
Those poses provide real good stretches for the entire pelvic region. Since I started trying Yoga for PreE, I noticed that lower back/hip/groin muscles may be substantial to how PC and BC works. So, if you only feel the stretches on your groin, back and hip, dont mind. Also, take a look on a pelvic floor picture. All the muscles are related (see: http://prostatitis.hostei.com/images...lvic-floor.jpg)

      2) https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...effective.html
I feel that one particularly on my pelvic bone, scrotum and behind it, where should be the BC muscle. So, I think this one is amazing. Try it and see if it works for ya.
