How do you kegel i read alot of forums but it never really explains what to actually do. Is it squeezing the bottom of the Penis?

Also does the stop and start technique work, as in you masturbate and when you reach the point your about to cum you stop for 10 secs/ or longer then start and repeat for 3-5 times?

The next time you are urinating, stop the flow and hold it...thats a keegle. The next time you get an erection without using your hands, make your dick jump.........thats also a keegle...........the next time you're dumping a log (turd) and you have to pinch it off.when you pinch, that's a keegle. When you have to poop really bad and you squeeze back holding it in.......that's a Keegle!!
The exersize you are referring to is called edging........there is much info on it here. Type edging in the search bar and enjoy.......
