Been frequenting the site recently, and finally decided to register. After many years of suffering, I finally feel that this problem will be conquered.
There has been so much great information, but I am overwhelmed. Information overload. I know that I need to start slowly and do things correctly.
For now, this is my routine.
1. I will be doing my kegel and RK exercises every other day.
2. I will also start edging.
I also had a few questions.
1. When doing Kegel and RK is it better to do longer holds rather then quick clench-declench?
2. When I edge, what should I do when I reach the PONR? Should I just stop all motion? Do a RK then a Kegel? Do a longer Kegel? I am a bit confused.
A beginner in all this, so please feel free to correct any mistakes or incorrect assumptions I may have. Thank you guys so much!

I did a mixture of clenches and long holds and it worked perfectly for me. Using a routine with both should be good,
People do different things when it comes to edging. What I personally do is just stop all motion.
If you hold a kegel at the ponr you could posibly have a dry orgasm overtime after your pelvic floor is stronger.Arousal Techniques-Techniques to overcome Pre-E.

I'm still having a tough time isolating for the RK's. I know that its similar to the feeling of urinating? I tried to do it for ten minutes, and noticed that more blood was coming into my penis. Does that mean that I am doing it correctly?

Doing the Minuteman 3 day edging routine. Accidently came on the second day. Starting it over. Trying to stay positive.
