    Background
    Few pumps man since I remember. Refractory period more than 1 hour. I was kind of always in hurry and anxious. May be this was my personality trait. Tried desensitizing sprays, SSRI etc., and also regular kegal. At the end of the day, I lost my libido, cum, hair and sleep. Seems like SSRI thing had sucked my hormones. Finally got rid of everything ... I am 42+ years old.

    Started edging like 7 months ago.
    First Month: Started edging slowly with light grip and a lot of stops and starts. Eventually was able to edge for 30+ minutes.
    Second Month: Fixed the involuntary flex and sensitivity issue with death grip almost 90%. Got introduced to reverse kegal.
    Third Month: Reduced the death grip due to loss of erections during edging. Also reduced edging and reverse kegal. I think it was over worked.
    Fourth Month to 7th Month:

    • Focused mainly on reverse kegal with deep breathing combination + some stretching of flaccid and erect.
    • Became better aware of arousal levels
    • Noticed that doing regular kegal brings back the involuntary contractions. Abandoned regular kegal for some time.
      Currently I take a deep breath, and then push an rk and then change it into a regular kegal kind of things. So kind of rk and regular kegal pushed at the same time. I took the idea from here.
    • Changed edging strategy to stop way before point of no return. My first PONR used to come during first minute or so. This strategy has worked and now it comes 7-8 minutes later. I can edge continuously without any stops for 40+ minutes or so now.
    • Started taking Vitamin-B complex with folic acid, magnesium and almonds, this has worked wonders in restoring the libido and cum etc., anxiety is also reduced. I think it has increased some critical hormones. I also take an amino acid tablet which contains L-arginine 250mg, L-citrulline 75mg, L-ornithine 25mg, liver antitoxic fraction 2.5mg.
      Now I know that all these supplements are helpful in reducing the sensitivity of the penis.
    • As of now, I can last long with saliva as lubricant. But with some viscous lubricant it is harder. I have started practicing with viscous lubricant since a week or so and making progress.

    Edged with lubrication for 50 minutes without ejaculation. Average speed 62 strokes per minute. Felt great control during last 1500 strokes.
    Rotating my member left, right and downward in highly erect state brought arousal significantly down.

    Edged with lubrication for 30 minutes without ejaculation. Average speed 73 strokes per minute. Good control. Stopped due to time constraint.

    Edged with lubrication for 40 minutes without ejaculation. Average speed 42 strokes/thrusts per minute. More thrusts than strokes. To lower arousal, did a quick rk on each thrust out and this worked good to keep the arousal. Good control. Stopped due to time constraint, otherwise it was going great.

    Edged with lubrication for 30 minutes or so ... ejaculated voluntarily with fast speed strokes.

    8th Month:

    Have rk only routine.

    01-01-2013

    Edged with lubrication for 20 minutes without ejaculation.

    01-03-2013
    A good sex session of 20+ minutes of penetration ... Took L-Arginine 200mg, Multivitamine, and applied little desensitizing spray on glans to ensure better EQ and time.

    01-04-2013
    Edged for 15 minutes without ejaculation. Mainly focused on stroking the head, frenulum and area behind glans.
    This is the area which causes tension in the prostate and I have to focus on this.

    01-05-2013
    Edged for 15 minutes and ejaculated. Felt more sensitive and PC muscle started flexing early.

    01-06-2013
    Edged for 15 minutes without lube/ejaculation.

    01-07-2013
    Edged for 3 minutes with lube and ejaculated. Something strange happened. Seems like progress is reversed.

    Edged for 30 minutes with lube without ejaculation. First PONR came after 2 minutes. Slowed it and then started repeating regular kegal after few strokes. Average 60 strokes per seconds.

    Edged for 45 minutes with lube without ejaculation. First PONR came after 6 minutes. Had to repeat counter kegal/rk several times. Speed 46 strokes per minute.

    01-10-2013
    Edged for 15 minutes with lube and ejaculated.
    Started taking Multivitamin + Omega3 fish oil + melatonine again. Taking multivitamin tablet reduces the sensitivity to some extent and prolongs time of first PONR.

    01-11-2013
    1st Session: Edged for 20 minutes or so without ejaculation.
    2nd Session: Edged for 40 minutes or so without ejaculation. Mainly focused on the head and frenulum. 60 strokes per second.

    01-13-2013
    Edged for 45 minutes with oil as lube without ejaculation. Arousal was quite high due to the viscous oil. Had to rk after every few strokes. Average stroks 31 per minute.

    01-14-2013
    Edged for 25 minutes with oil as lube without ejaculation. Average stroks 30 per minute.
    Did a lot of rk's and some regular kegals throught the day.

    01-15-2013
    Edged for 40 minutes with lube with 2 stops and ejaculated good load. Seems like Vitamin-B comlex is boosting harmones.

    Edged for 30 minutes with lube and ejaculated kind of involuntarily while trying balooning ...

    Edged for 35 minutes with lube. Had to counter the ejaculation reflex through regular kegal and kegal. Felt kind of dry orgasm with no ejaculation and penis pulsated for a while and then arousal/erection reduced.

    Edged for 20 minutes with lube and ejaculated.

    01-26-2013
    Edged for 30 minutes with lube. EQ was rather low. Took ENO this morning, may be it was due to this.

    01-27-2013
    Edged for 40 minutes with oil and ejaculated. EQ and arousal was two high and first ponr came just within minute or so despite slow stroking & thrusting.

    Edged for 25 minutes with lube and ejaculated. EQ was way high and first ponr came just instantly.

    Edged for 25 minutes with lube. Stopped two times ponr with regular kegal. Little cum came out both of the times.

    Yes it is slow and sometimes demotivating. But things are going in the right direction and I am very hopeful.

    That's great progress Sameel. Did you totally cut out porn during edging? Also, what is edging with a death grip? Is it holding and jerking with a tighter grip?

    Reading my log, you will notice that there was a month that my stamina lowered without any apparent reason. Before that, I could stroke my whole penis, without lube, lasting about 15 minutes when Edging. Out of the blue I started lasting 2-5 minutes... It was the worst part of my path till now. But I kept reading posts and trying to edge. Without luck...

    It wasn't until I started stretching my pelvic floor that I could be back on track. In a matter of weeks, I was able to edge with lube - which is still my stage right now, with only lasting time improvements. I still cannot include my whole glans when edging, so I started Ballooning today. Let's see how it will go.

    Yes, I totally cut out porn. I don't even visualize other sexy things when edging. It just raises the arousal level.
    Edging with death grip is edging using tight grip. Theory says edging with tight grip makes you delayed ejaculator.

    Marcus, I follow your log and threads and stretch my legs few times a day but I am quite lazy in doing formal yoga exercises though. I do the breathing + reverse kegal a lot throughout the day. I push a reverse kegal frontward and then slowly turn it into a regular kegal kind of thing still pushing it toward front and hold it few seconds. A similar thing is described here.
    This is really tiring and I have started making progress due to this exercise, otherwise my progress remained stuck at a point for few months.

    So you may try only the pillow stretch, which is perfect for lazy ones, like myself

    Seems like sensitivity is back again. First PONR comes pretty soon, within 2-3 minutes.

    Sameel, I also took a SSRI prescribed from a doctor zoloft and was starting to loose my libido as well so i stopped taking it. After you been doing your routine for several months have you actually has sex recently and if so did you improve?
