Ratio between time spent masterbating, to PE recovery time?

I have been struggling with climax issues which after reading a lot of posts, is primarily down to years of masterbation.
PI have done a rough calculation and I have come up with a rough amount of times I have jasterbated. I have taken into account the times that I did not ejaculate as I was too young for anything to come out. Even though I was still probably using my muscles.

Its about 15000 times. Now this is a rough figure and does not include sex which over the years has been a lot.
I am really worried that spending all this time pleasuring myself has now put me in a sexual position where it's doing the opposite as I am not enjoying sex as much anymore because of the passengers prematurely jumping off the train.

Does anyone have a rough time scale that relates to recovery over abuse?
I do routines and have started to hang lightly in the evenings. Can I still edge or do a routine to cure this or is it too much on my penis to do both?
