    I totally disagree with this. What's the point in having sex if you are not going to concentrate on it, on what you are feeling, and have the best time you can. To have sex thinking about cleaning the house, I'd better go and clean the house.

    Is the idea of trying reverse kegals while having sex...this kind of feeling like you would want to "piss" in your girl while having sex..meaning the "push" feeling. Obviously you don't want to piss in her..but just the actual pushing of the pc muscle and keeping it relaxed?

    Great thread, thanks a lot to everyone for their input and tips.
    I'm currently in a long distance relationship so I have a month or so to train and be prepared for our next encounter, meaning I can't test out the things suggested yet.

    Here's one question I have about kegeling though. It seems to me that to get the strong erection I want, my pc/bc muscles have to flex and give my penis that jumpy movements, otherwise it doesn't feel like the blood rushes in enough to get me hard. But then everything I read says that I should avoid the usage of kegels for a bit till I know their role in my PE and how I can control them. How does that dilemma get solved?

    You have a kegel /reverse kegel routine so your pelvic floor is strong and supple .
    Then you do various forms of edging toincrease your skill and understanding of how it works in practise.

    Jmath I think the point is for a lot of people, they don't only care about their pleasure at this point but they have an urge to please the people they are with as well, mostly significant others I guess. So if you don't have such a commitment to someone like that then it's understandable why it makes no sense to you to try to delay the ejaculation by focusing somewhere else. This is the reason why I'm here, I sure as hell get my enjoyment out of sex easily but it just isn't the same satisfaction when the person you love doesn't get to share the same intensity.

    Where did u get that? I don't believe that at all. How do you explain people lasting longer because they use certain breathing techniques? Me for example... The mental power comes LATER, when you are physically in tip top shape and you feel mentally secure and comfortable with yourself. When I had Prem ejac I would say to myself during sex, "everything is perfect, you are gonna last a long time".... but that didn't work. It would actually make me think about it more and would make me ejac even faster. Real sex every other day with a patient and caring woman and gradually thrusting harder and faster is what cured me. You have to get used to a real wet warm and tight vagina. The real thing. That's where it's at.

    Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
    Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
    I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

    Within your post James, you talk about the interaction of mental and physical and how being physically prepared gives you mantal strength.
    I try and help guys train physically, because that is where my understanding is best and I do believe it helps mentally as well. However I have no argument with mental approaches ,in the end combining mind ,body and soul is the goal.
